Took me a while but I got there! I apologise for the sideways-i-ness ... couldn't be helped. I first drew it on paper, then took a picture of the drawing and kind of went from there on Paint Tool SAI. Hope you like it ^.^

Looking good there! Her torso could be lengthened a little bit (her neck is all right, but it should be shorter than the torso), other than that it's perfect

I like it.  The lines are a bit uneven, but hey.  Whenever I draw something and color it on the computer, mine are too.  xD

The only other wrong thing I see might be the wings, but I'm not sure.  They may actually look like that but they seem a bit big to me.  They'd be better open!  Wings are hard to draw though, for me anyway.

I love how well you did her mane and her hind legs. (I always seem to like how people do ponies hind legs)

 

Also, if you want to make the sideways thing right, save the picture to your desktop, click it, and you'll get a small menu below it which you can use to turn it around (At least my computer works like that)

Ooh! Nice! Would have been easier to see if the right way, but that doesn't really matter.

I don't have any criticism to give you here, actually. Maybe soon you can start to try shading. Because you have the actual drawing part nailed.

Anyway, keep it up! Would love to see some more of your work soon!

Very nice!  Impressive work on getting the tail and mane right; Celestia certainly has one of the more difficult tails/manes of any of the characters.  Thanks for posting and sharing!
