All you need to do is give her a suitable backstory, maybe some connection to a powerful entity of some sort, and you've got yourself a really good RP character. A Mary Sue is a perfect character who can do anything to say the least, this one... Can't do shit how I did it, the point was to make her the character who tries but never succeeds.
