I had a blank smile on my face, I didn't know what to say to the mare but then I spoke up " sooo... How's life like being a pretty mare like you in a city like dis'?" "Meh, I only hate it when ponies trespass into my territory ((the alley)) it pisses me off for certain reasons...I don't really want to explain... ... ..." I look away and lower my fedora to cover the depressed look on my face.(( The whole thing connects to his childhood but he never talks about it)) I look back at Neon with a pathetic fake smile "well I can see why ya' don't like stallions treating you like dat', I hate being treated like a hobo, ponies offering their shelter, food, money...well I take da' money of coarse. Rush was still rattled from being shot at, but his face didn't show it. He sat back down in the lobby and contemplated who the shooters might have been while he waited for Mr. Royal to call him for another mission. He just hoped he would be able to actually accomplish something on the next one instead of having to run away.

I wave goodbye and when I see the door shut I look away and put my hoof on my face *sigh* "you did it Pelate! Ya' gave away yours past, and it would be at a mare like her... " I said to myself. I thought of the alley, and remembered all the puddles of blood i made in there..."It ain't right ISN'T IT?" I start talking to myself again "I guess she's right I'm bucked up" I take the knife in my saddle bags and quickly head out the door for a while. I breathe in the cool fresh air. I quickly head for the alley way I lived in. ((Its not too far away)) and I look around. I shove the knife into the wall and say "not again..." Then I blurt out as it begins to fall off I say "Stay dere' it's yo' new home" and put it back in "just like Hell will be for me" I fly back to the lobby hoping no one noticed my short departing of the lobby. I let out a breath and sit back down ((OOC ahhh I love the drama anyways)) I reach into my saddle bags and pull out my pocket watch. "Shit it's late... I guess I'll take a short nap" and I fall asleep ((OOC I really am going to bed so yea XD))

Royal wasn't looking for love. This mare was attractive, yes, but he had more concerns with the gang, and he didn't want to involve himself with any more relationships that he didn't need. He knew once he took this gang that any love would get in the way.
