Yeah. I don't know anything about the Pony.fm policy on the music like this itself. But you probably shouldn't bother trying to ask KoRn. You're unlikely to get a response. Better off just doing it.

It's cool by Pony.fm's rules, as long as the album's contents are created, sequenced, or remixed by you. Artists may have their own policies on creating derivative works from their music, but most are usually cool with it. It never hurts to check with them personally.
