I don't really understand adoptables, though. Do you pay to own a character or something?

Yeah pretty much, you take ownership of the character but you don't take ownership of the artist's drawing, you are given rights to the drawing, but you don't technically own it.

He he he, it says tae kwon do. I like it. If there's any criticism I could offer, I'd make it look more like the ear is covered by the hair. It looks sorta like it's attached to the mane. Though that might be the resolution of my computer combined with the chosen colors. Other than that, though, looks great. Nice job

Haha it looks very cool. The style of your oc is pretty funny and even though it is so simple it looks very good. Personally I think it's a little bit weird when the neck is that long but I guess it's supposed to be like that.

 

Also when looking at this I can't understand people who says we like horses.

The Neck maybe a Tad bit long, But It suits The OC, I love the style,

you did a Marvellous Job there.
