Rainboom Dash 1,056 July 16, 2013 Share July 16, 2013 Not bad, good for a first try! If you need any tips, when I got into drawing ponies I started by using a lot of pictures as reference and using how-to-draws online to help improve. Hope these are of help to you! TotalNeon 72 July 16, 2013 Share July 16, 2013 The back legs are pretty accurate, the main thing you have to worry about when it comes to drawing is anatomy and specifically from anatomy, proportions. I'm awful at teaching people to draw, but I can tell you that I got better at drawing by studying the anatomy of animals and people, so if you spend some time looking at the anatomy of the characters in MLP it will help you to understand how their bodies work, and their proportions I still get the proportions of ponies wrong sometimes, mostly the size of their head Want your OC drawn for free?
