I haven't played this game in forever... Not since January

 

Anything worth re-playing it again come out? I already have a bunch of legendaries and such.

Well the 4 original DLC are out and Gearbox is releasing a season 2 pass so that can only mean more DLC to grind at.

 

One legendary my game can never get enough of is the hammer buster I've found it in chests 30+ times

And when I finally finish using it and sell/trade I somehow magically find another one

Save one for me.

Well there's the tiny tina  dlc which just came out a few weeks ago.<--(best evar ) The level cap was raised to 61 via the ultimate vault hunter pack and a second one is coming in a month or two from now. 

So yeah there's plenty of new stuff to do

my game loves to give me Topneaas and various assortments of Legendaries (primarily Shields and Grenade Mods)

 

there have been times where I would find three legendaries in the same area (the area after Pyro Pete for one example)

So if we have more people in our party that has the vault hunter relic, does the percentage stack for higher rare drop rate? Or does it stay the same.

It stacks, but it only reduces the pool of whites. It is a bit misleading. Generally it ends up with what would normally being a white ending up with a green. It only gives a boost to get greens and a very little bit more of a chance to get a blue. It doesn't affect purple, orange, or pearl drops. 

 

Essentially this explains it better

 

The components mess around with the rare drop rate, not the very rare weights or the legendary weights. By the game mechanics itself it says that.

 

 

It's called the Vault Hunters relic. You had to pre-order the game in order to get it

 

And yes, it increases drop rates of all rare loot ny 5%

It really does work...

I got a lvl 61 pearlescent Stalker from one of the weapons chests one time and quite a numerous amount of legendary grenade mods, class mods and weapons from other various loot sources as well

 

 

 

Basically a combination of confirmation bias and luck. Even the item itself says it only affects enemy drop rates, not chest or containers. The game data changes show that it only affects greens and blues. Sorry.

It wasn't until after i put it on that i was getting legendaries out the wazoo...

Even pearlescents

 

I could be tuat it does effect those two rarities but it only gives it miniscule boost in drop rate...

 

I don't know...

maybe it doesn't...

That what I keep saying, I mean two legendaries in one chest, thats unheard off. I'm sure even the developers don't get drop rates like that.
