"I see." Thunder said as Caprisha was getting dinner ready. "You know what was the hardest part of the last nine months? It was seeing the other soldiers getting mares over there, but still keeping control of yourself, it's hard. I hope you two here did the same."

"I wouldn't call two suicide attempts in the first month very good self control." Caprisha called from the kitchen. "I'm just glad I was around both times. We got Charcoal a little therapy after that and she did better."

 

Charcoal lowered her head in shame. "I... I wasn't really sure how to handle you being gone for so long at first."

"But you did, i'm proud of you." Thunder said before he kissed Charcoal on her nose. Then he went to see Caprisha in the kitchen to see what she was doing. "Hey Prish, how's the cooking coming along? It smells nice anyway so i guess it'll taste even better then."

"Just be glad I'm good at cooking today." Caprisha said with a smile. She had poured three bowls of the stew and set them on a tray. She had made sure she put plenty of spices in Charcoals bowl. As she got to the table she floated everyone their food. She even got Lightning a little bowl of it.

"So, let me get this straight," thunder said as he sat at the dining table. "I'm going to live in this house with two mares, and four annoying foals that cry all day?" He said as he took a spoonfull of the stew Caprisha had made. It was still hot, but Thunder liked that.

"Well I wasn't really able to get a job with keeping an eye on Charcoal to make sure she didn't do something stupid." Caprisha said. "But after she stopped I did find a job at a local casino. It doesn't give the best pay but it is better than nothing until I can find something better. And once I do I might be able to afford my own place." Edited September 27, 2013 by Charcoal Embers

Charcoal had taken another spoonful. It tasted strange, but not unpleasant. "Yes, I did get the money. Though I didn't use any of it since I figured it was just your money. And I haven't really gone out other than to go to work and do some shopping, and I used the money I got from work for that."

"Well, it was kind of the reason why i took the job in the first place, so you'd have money to spend on Lighning, Caprisha and yourself. But i guess it doesn't matter now. How did you get the money to take care of Lightning and Caprisha anyway, since you didn't use mine.

"Well, I saved a lot of money on a lot of things for Lightning like swings or a bigger crib by building it myself. Food was never really much of a problem since both of us were working. And it isn't like I don't get good pay working at a blacksmith shop." Charcoal said.

"Alright, I can set aside some money since I can use the money you got from the army." Charcoal said as she took another spoonfull. "And I don't really mind if your friends come over, just as long as they aren't too loud and they clean up after themselves." Charcoal finished.

"Cleaning up you don't have to worry about but usually we're all quite loud together." He said with a smile. "By the way, Caprisha, this stew is really nice, what did you put in it?" He asked, turning to Caprisha, taking another spoonfull of the stweshe made. Stuff.

"Oh, nothing much. I just put some meat and vegeis in a pot of hot water and let it cook for a while. I added some seasoning in with it while it was cooking and some marination as well." Caprisha said with a smile.

 

Charcoal got another spoonfull. "So, how many friends are we talking about here? And what do you want me and Caprisha to do while they are here?" Charcoal asked.

"Oh, just two guys. And you two can sit along and have a drink with us. Though i wouldn't like you two drinking alcohol since you're both pregnant and probably even giving birth soon." Thunder said. "And i'm thinking of getting a tattoo sometime soon too." He added.

"Alright, just don't be asking us to be your maids or something like that." Charcoal said. She looked down and rubbed her belly. "I hope I give birth soon, I'm getting tired of being pregnant." Charcoal said. She picked up her bowl and finished off the small pool at the bottom by drinking it from the bowl and placing it down with a sigh. "Thanks for dinner tonight Caprisha, it was good." Charcoal got up with a grunt and walked to the kitchen to put her bowl in the sink to be washed later. She came back to the table and sat down beside Thunder.

"Yeah, though it'll be hard having two newborns crying all over the place and one young foal too. It's going to be even more when Caprisha gives birth. Three will become four." Thunder paused for a moment. "Are you happy we're having twins instead of just one?"

Charcoal smiled as she continued rubbing her belly. "Having three just means more to love. And Caprisha doesn't plan on staying here forever. Right?" Charcoal asked Caprisha who nodded in response as she finished her stew as well. "Besides, how could I not like something you gave me?" Charcoal asked as she leaned against Thunder.

Thunder smiled. He signed Caprisha to gome in too, lean to his other side. "I know, but would you rather just have one? That's more what i ment." Thunder said. He finished his stew and put the empty bowl on the table where it was standing before, but then full. R

Caprisha smiled as she walked over to Thunder and leaned on his other side.

 

"I wouldn't rather have one. I'm am perfectly fine with having two more." Charcoal said. She wrapped her wings as best she could around Thunder, though it was more difficult with Caprisha there.

Thunder smiled and stood up. He watched the two mares banging their heads together as he stood up. "That looked actually pretty funny there." He said. Then he walked away and put his bowl in the sink to be washed later. Then he walked off to the couch and sat in the middle.

The two mares were disoriented fir a moment before glaring at eachother. They both got up, Caprisha a little faster since she wasn't as pregnant as Charcoal, and went over to the couch and sat on either side of Thunder. They both leaned against him again, but not as much incase he tried the same trick again.

"And me too." Caprisha also said. Then they both leaned in and gave him a kiss on the cheek at the same time. Then came back and proceeded to cuddle with him. While also taking quick glances at eachother to glare.

Thunder just layed back and rolled his eyes as the two mares were busy. He sighed and let Charcoal and Caprisha do whatever they were doing, as long as it didn't hurt or refrain him from doing stuff he felt alright. He took the tv remote and turned the tv on.

Charcoal continued to snuggle onto Thunders side. Eventually she fell asleep.

 

Seeing Charcoal fall asleep Caprisha just began watching TV with Thunder. She didn't really mind what he watched, so long as she got to spend time with him she was happy.
