Grand went downstairs quietly, grabbed a bowl of soup from what she made Missy earlier before walking into the guest room. " here Zeta I brought you some- zeta what's wrong? Are you alright?" She asked, putting the bowl of soup on the side table. "Is it something I said?"

Stephan laughed. "You should be "that good" soon enough, then. You're learning from the best actress in Equestria." Stephan knew that was probably not true, considering Grand was the ONLY actress he knew in all of Equestria. But, he could safely say she was his favorite.

Zeta coughed a bit more, putting his whole face under the blanket with his hair sticking out. Then he gave a loud sneeze from under the bed, and settled back down. From looking at his hair, he shook his head in a 'no' motion which means there was nothing she said bad.

Caramel smiled and kissed him back, wrapping her hooves around him. "Let's be good. We are at twilights house" she said with a giggle

 

Grand sighed. "Zeta? Is this about what happened at the hospital?" She said before gently sitting down on the edge of the bed. "Would you like to talk?"

Starburst laughed lightly. "What kind of stallion do you take me for?"

"Sorry, that hasn't happened before." Staburst said, but continued kissing Caramel, it made Starburst feel alive.

Missy felt like she was turning into a tomato.
"I wouldn't want to go on stage as a pregnant mare, It'd be weird." Missy said.

Caramel smiled and kissed him back, wrapping her hooves around him. "Let's be good. We are at twilights house" she said with a giggle

 

Grand sighed. "Zeta? Is this about what happened at the hospital?" She said before gently sitting down on the edge of the bed. "Would you like to talk?"

"N-no..!" He replied back, muffled a little for being under the covers. "I just want to forget about that day, what happened. But it's not leaving my mind, and I don't think it ever will.. Grand, i'm so sorry for what I did, and I wish it could of never happened. You still had more time, before that.. Thing of yours, was taken away..."

"Maybe." Stephan said with a shrug. "But acting is an art. It obviously isn't something that can be done without training." He said. "I also can't wait for your new filly, Missy. I'm so glad your whole family is here to see your new child. What were you naming her again? Something that represents you and Fire's hope in the world?"

Grand sighed. "It wasn't you. It wasn't me. We were both being controlled by awful spirits. How could you feel guilty for something you didn't do" she said, looking at him. "It's not going to go away until we talk. Look at me, please"

"Yeah, you have, apparently it's funny when I'm either nervous or embarassed. Starburst kissed her forehead. "Have I ever mentioned that I love your giggle?"

 

"Her name is Glint, she was our sliver of hope that we had after Starburst died, we came up with that name back then." Missy replied.

"About 4 more months now until she's with us." Fire said.

"Yep, I;m equally excited and dreading it." Missy said.

He sighed from under the covers, coughing a bit before slowly peeping out and looked at her with teary eyes. "Alright then... But, it's my body that, that that thing used. We connected  body parts with eachother even if it wasn't meant to happen, and I just feel bad because of it.."

Stephan raised an eyebrow. "Why? I think you should be all excited about it, Missy. Your bringing a new filly into the new Equestria, which is now mostly put back together. What's there to worry about? The bandits aren't coming back and there's no problems at all."

Caramel giggled again. "It's pretty loud.. But if you like it" she said before yawning. She cuddled up to him and closed her eyes. " I love you"

 

Grand tapped her hoof on the bed. "What's done is done Zeta. I don't blame you and I never did. Please don't beat yourself up about it, I don't want you to feel like this."

Starburst snuggled into Caramel and closed his eyes.

"I know but, you were robbed of something that I would believe is extremely precious to you.. And, it's just not right either, since now it doesn't feel like a fair challenge between me and Stephan..."

He sighed again, coughing some more before letting out a little moan in agony.

"We shouldn't fear as much as we used to anymore, Missy." Stephan told her. "We've overcome so much, we could probably take on the entire land if we felt like it. We've braved a giant island, we've survived a zombie outbreak, heck, we've even restored the timeline."

He hesitantly came out of the covers, leaning up against the wall of the bed and drank some soup. After a bit of coughing later, Zeta looked over to her and sighed. "I miss being friends too, Grand. But now when I think of it, what if we were never meant to be together..? What if, all we do is cause eachother trouble in the end.."

"Well I guess we keep things interesting then. If we were never meant to be together, it doesn't stop us from being friends. We've been friends for ten years, why should we break that off now?" Grand said warmly. "I want you to stay in my life, I really do. You have to believe me when I say that"

We've been that way for a long while and it would just make us worse if we were to separate from it. But then again, since we're that.. Now what? I know you don't just want to be with Stephan now, since i'd be considered out of the competition again. So would that mean, you wouldn't become a mother..?"

Grand sighed and fumbled with her hooves. "Maybe I just wasn't meant for that life. I mean, it would be nice to have a child, but at this rate it just doesn't seem like it's going to happen" she said thoughtfully. "I'm not complaining. I have lovely friends, a wonderful sister, a beautiful home and soon I'll be back doing what I love."

"Actually wait.. If I can remember from Canterlot, my friend Moon..." Zeta paused to take another sip and sniffed in. "She said that she could arrange for you to be a single mother, whether you want to.. Get pregnant with somepony or artificially. You don't have to say you weren't meant for that life, even though I know it would cut your passion for acting.."

Grand looked at him strangely. "Your friend Moon? I'm not sure I quite understand what your saying. I mean, if I were to ever start a family, I don't know if it would be by myself" she said unsurely. "I've never really thought about anything else. It just seems... Odd. I don't know Zeta,"

He decided to smile a bit, finding it a little funny the way Grand put things just now. "It's your decision, still. But I remember you really wanting your own child especially when telling me about it up on that mountain. I don't think it's best if I raised one with you, but you still have to consider Stephan, and maybe even another pony might roll around that you might like. It's just, life.. And life is full of choices..~"

Zeta took one last gulp of soup, before going back into the blankets to warm up some more. He already felt a little better, and knowing that Grand had said he would made him a little happier. "Maybe when I get better, we could sleep in a bed one last time before we stop any love thing between us. I'm not saying sex in bed, since I don't want that to happen again, but just a nice little rest with you.."

Grand smiled. "Sure thing. Let me know when your feeling better. Unless you would rather me sleep here tonight. That way I can make sure you don't get any worse. It's your choice though, I don't mind either way, though I'm quite tired, so don't mull over it for too long" she said with a small laugb

He smiled a little wider this time, making it more noticeable. "Since you're quite tired then, i'd be glad to let you sleep here for the night. I don't think you can pass on the cold virus, right? So it would be fine, as long as I don't sneeze in your face or anything like that."

Just then, Zeta slid over to the left side of the bed to make room for her. He coughed away for a bit, but looked back with a sniffle. "You know, I can guarantee you a lot of ponies say you have beautiful eyes, and i'd be one of them."
