Grand was a little shocked. "Oh. Well I'm glad you let everyone know this time I suppose. I hope you have a lovely Hearths Warming eve with your families, both of you" She said with a smile. She began cleaning up the plates from who was finished.

 

Caramel was relieved that Missy was okay with it. i'm really glad your okay, everypony was so worried about you"

"I don't know what happened. Last thing I remember is telling Starburst I'm going to see Moon, then the next, I wake up here." Missy said. "What happened?" She asked.

Starburst looked to Fire and he nodded.

"Well, on your way there, you were attacked." Starburst said.

"Attacked?" Missy asked, shocked. "Why? By who?"

"By Steel, and he was hired to kill you." Starburst answered. "That's how you're missing a wing." Starburst said regrettably.

Fire went to her side. "Calm down, Missy, calm down, deep breaths."

Missy tried that and soon calmed down significantly.

"Alright." A doctor walked in. "I see you are awake, follow this green ball with your eyes." Missy followed it about as the doctor moved it with his magic. "Alright, all things going to plan, you'll be out of here by Hearth's Warming." He left.

"I'm sorry, Dash. I know you want me to stay here for Hearth's Warming with you, but I have my family back at home." Stephan said. "If my family lived here in Equestria with all of us, there'd be no issue here. Now, I have a home on two worlds, and I haven't celebrated the holidays with my family ever since I first came to Equestria."

Caramel smiled. "Well thats great! You can come back for hearths warming eve!" She said happily, trying to sway the conversation in a more positive topic. "We need to get everything set up. I havent even begun thinking about presents"

 

Grand smiled. "yes, I hope the two of you have a lovely time." She said with a smile.

"I'm sorry, Dash. I know you want me to stay here for Hearth's Warming with you, but I have my family back at home." Stephan said. "If my family lived here in Equestria with all of us, there'd be no issue here. Now, I have a home on two worlds, and I haven't celebrated the holidays with my family ever since I first came to Equestria."

Zeta looked over while eating his own breakfast to Stephan, thinking up of something. "Hey, does your parents in Earth know you're in Equestria? If they knew that ponies exist now, then you could bring Dash over for one night. You two couldn't get spotted though, unless for some reason she changed into a.. Human."

Dash looked to Stephan.

"But then I'd miss Hearth's Warming, and I don't think your parents would like me, I'm just a hot-headed, pegasus, speed-freak." Dash said.

 

"Yeah, that'll be good." Missy said. "I'm kinda tired, so, tell everypony I'm.....alive, and tell Grand that I'm sorry."

"You're sorry, why?" Starbrust asked.

"Because, I cause her some amount of worry, and I feel guilty about it." Missy replied.

Caramel smiled. "'ll tell her, but you shouldnt feel bad, Grand worries about everything. Theres barely a time of the day where she isnt worrying about something" She said with a smile

 

Grand cleaned up the plates and sighed before realizing the theatre was supposed to open today. "Oh, goodness I completely forgot, the theatre!"

Stephan shook his head at Zeta.
"They don't know that I'm even in Equestria. I usually just say that I have a busy work agenda." Stephan replied. "Besides, how do you think my family would react if I said that when I'm not around, I'm actually in a land where ponies are the dominate species, and the land is ruled by an alicorn named Princess Celestia? They'd probably think I've been drinking too much or they'd put me in a mental asylum." He then looked to Dash. "If you can pass through the portal and become human, you could come, Dash. Besides, we have a holiday similar to Hearth's Warming on Earth. It's called Christmas. Or Hanukkah depending on where you live."

"Alright, we'll come by later and see you." Starburst said, following Caramel and Fire out of the room, leaving Glint with Missy.

"Okay, that's a huge weight lifted off of us." Starburst said. "My mum is awake and I couldn't be happier, so, is it still too early for wedding planning, or....?"

 

Dash walked over to Stephan and hugged him.

"I'd go with you, if you didn't mind of course. I'd love to see this human world." Dash said.

After fully cleaning everything off, Zeta walked over to Grand in the living room away from the rest. He smiled as he sat her down on the couch, and began hugging her. "Ohhh Grandy.... Do you know how much I like hugging you, because you're such a nice girl? That and you have every aspect of you that's set to perfect, even your fur, how it feels so soft.."

Stephan smiled.

"I wouldn't mind, Dash. Although, if your do turn human, you might have to make up some sort of different reason for why your hair is in the colors of a rainbow." He said. "But, anyways, Earth is a pretty nice place. Bustling cities, great people, and opportunities left and right."

"Sounds good to me, though, ponies don't wear clothes, what if......I go through and I......" Dash said. "Come out the other side without any." Dash was shying away from Stephan at the thought. "I understand humans don't exactly feel comfortable without clothes in public, Twilight told me, from a book."

Caramel thought for a minute and smiled. "Well, we might as well start brainstorming" She said with a smile. "Lets go get some breakfast and let everyone know Missy is okay"

 

Grand smiled. "Thank you Zeta, but I really need to get down to the theatre if its opening today. I'll have so much to do! I havent even picked out a production, or looked for other actors, let alone set designers and light technicians!" She said worriedly

"Alright let's do that." Starburst said, holding onto Caramel, one hoof over her neck. They soon got back to the house.

"Hey guys, we have some good news, but you all have to be calm first." Fire said. "Starburst."

"My mum, she's awake, but I have to make one thing clear, only one visitor at a time, she's very tired right now." Starburst said.

"Don't worry about that, Dash." Stephan said. "When I returned to Earth a couple of months ago, I appeared on the other side with a red shirt, black jacket, and blue jeans and shoes. I can assure you that you'll appear on the other side fully clothed, too." His ears perked when Starburst said that Missy was awake. "Really? Oh, that's great news!" Stephan exclaimed. "I would like to talk to her first, if that's okay."

He smiled back and kissed her gently. "It's going to be hard to find them knowing a bunch might have died from this apocalypse, but i'm sure you can do it sweetheart. You put enough trust in yourself and you can find all the ponies you need. Heck it didn't take much to set up that play over in Appleloosa when the Buffalo were trying to make peace with the ponies back then. If you need my help then i'll certainly come, maybe if you need help lifting heavy objects places and stuff."

"Of course, Stephan, you know where she is." Fire said.

"I'll come with you, seeing as how you're basically my mobility supervisor. Wow, that was a long word." Dash said before, hobbling a bit and almost falling over, she grabbed onto Stephan.

"It's nice to see you out of hospital Aunt Rainbow." Starburst said, then trying to find Grand. "Grand, can I speak to you?"

Grands ears perked up. "Missy's awake? Thats amazing!' She said happily. "Alright Stephan, you can go for a visit first, I have alot to do anyways" She said, smiling at Zeta and standing up. She walked over to Starburst. "Sure thing. Starburst, what is it?"

 

Caramel smiled she was happy to see everyone so happy about Missy

"Ever since I started dating Caramel, I've always been worried that you might not approve of me, or the things I may do." Starburst began. "What I really want to know is, do you think me and Caramel are meant to be together, should we get married. I mean, it's a big leap, and like I said, I'm worried about what you think of me."

Grand smiled. "I think you two make a lovely couple. Dont let me get in the way of anything, I'm just the uptight big sister is all" She said a little awkardly. "I just hope you know what your getting into. These are big commitments your facing now, make sure youve thought things over"

Stephan and Light proceeded to the hospital with Stephan helping Dash over there. The gang climbed the stairs up to Missy's room and entered.

"Hi, Missy! Glad to see you're doing okay." Stephan said. "Everypony has been so worried about you. How're you feeling?"

Starburst began to think, of every good day and every bad day, and the days to come.

"Every day......I look at her and think, wow, just wow, that somepony as sweet and caring as her could be with somepony like me, but to me, she's perfect, in every way for me." Starburst said. "Which is why I want to spend the rest of my life showing her how much I truly love her." Starburst began to walk away. "Also, my mum says she's sorry, to you in particular."

 

Missy turned a little.

"Stephan, I'm feeling really tired, but I'm really glad to see you." Missy said. "I didn't mean to cause such worry."

"Good to see you've recovered." Dash said.

"I can say the same about you." Missy replied.

Stephan smiled. "At least you're fully recovered now. That's really all that matters." He said. "Though, I think Steel will want to see you at some point in the day." He speculated. "He might want to apologize for what he did."

"So, when are you able to leave, Missy?" Light asked.

Just then, Moon flew through the door and completely bear hugged Missy.

"Oh my god Missy, you're awake!?!" She said loudly while hugging her, but made sure not to squeeze her way too tight that she might pass out. "I missed you so much, I thought you were gone from us forever!!"

 

Meanwhile, Sirius came in from behind with a giggle and looked to Stephan. "Mommy is dramatic sometimes~"

"The doctor said, I might be able to leave sometime around Hearth's Waming." Missy said. "And I don't think I can forgive him, apologies can't fix this, my wing is gone for pony's sake, and it's all his fault."

 

"Caramel, I don't say this enough, but....I love you." Starburst gave her a hug, a warm hug.

 

"Moon.....please, not the time." Missy said, tiredly.
