"A little bit, but then I remember that I've got something, or should I say....somepony down on the ground that makes me feel much better about the situation, now come on, I'm sure we can help with something in this ruin of a town." Dash signalled for him to follow. "So, come up with a cure yet?"

Stephan nodded and followed Rainbow Dash. 

"To your wings, perhaps." Stephan said, walking through the new ghost town that was Ponyville. "I have a potential solution; alicorn blood. Alicorns have a special substance in their blood that allows them to heal quicker and more efficient. If we were to inject a small sample of it into your bloodstream, it might fix your wings."

"Stephan, I don't think that's how it works. There's nothing wrong with my wings, it's just the spine that's causing issues, and they can't operate on it without causing further problems, such as paralysis below the neck." Dash said, but then  had a thought. "So, alicorn blood has healing properties, so what if you just injected that into the spinal cord or something, then maybe it would heal with assistance. Such as metal plates or something."

Stephan nodded.

"That would pretty much be the case, though it can't simply be injected into the spinal by just any doctor." Stephan said. "It would have to be an experienced unicorn doctor who's been working in the practice for a good chunk of their time."

Glint began flapping her wings, she flapped them once and gained a small bit of lift, she then bgean flapping them slowly, getting higher and higher, then she hit the roof and began falling.

 

"I know that, but it's my only chance to be able to fly again, it's the only way." Dash said. "Then we can race again, hopefully."

Siri watched in awe as Glint did such a thing, but when she began falling the girl immediately got above her to catch her from her descent. "Woah Glint! Are you okay baby? You took a funny hit on the head there, i'm surprised you didn't get stuck from your horn~!"

Glint flapped her wings again, this time, less quickly than before, she only did it occasionally, when she started falling, then leaning, she tried to maintain balance, but eventually just fell back down to Sirius.

 

"And who knows? Maybe we can form our own group, Earth Pony and Pegasus. How awesome would that be?" Dash said.

"Yeah, just have one last race, for old time sake" Stephan thought back to the days when him and Dash were teenagers. When her and Stephan weren't racing, he'd be lying under a tree and watching her soar, clearing the clouds in the sky. It felt very relaxing back then. It was as if she was doing it just for him.

Dash remembered back when they had just met. It had been a few weeks but they began to hang out. Stephan would just watch her clear the clouds, she would go extra-fast when he was around to impress him.

 

Dash flew about bursting through clouds, kicking and pushing them at a blisteringly fast speed. She then landed down next to him.

"What'd I say? 10...seconds....flat." Dash said.

Sirius caught the small pony again, giggling. "You're getting the hang of it Glint, keep going!" Then she giggled a bit and sort of gently launched her up into the air.

 

Meanwhile, Moon's fever had gone down further. Now it was back to 99.9 degrees, and she was feeling a heck of a lot better. "Whew.. Maybe I can see Fire now~"

 Stephan was lying on the ground, drinking a soda while watching Dash fly through the sky. She was going so fast, it even made him sweat a little bit just by watching her. When Dash landed, Stephan took off his sunglasses a smirk.

"So, this is your daily duty around here?" He asked her. "Doesn't it ever get tiring?"

Glint began flapping her wings again, still trying to maintain focus, she stayed up for a full 10 seconds and then fell back down again.

"I did good?" Glint asked, or rather squeaked.

 

"Nah, It's all a good day's work, some ponies might say I'm lazy, I'm just fast, so I have lots of free time to kill." Dash said, kicking back next to Stephan. "So, how are you liking Equestria?"

Stephan put his sunglasses back on and took another sip of cherry soda.

"It's okay, I guess. Getting used to this new body is hard, but it's all okay. The pe- er, ponies here seem nice enough. I wouldn't mind staying here for a little while." He said, crossing his hind legs. "So, what do you guys usually do around her for fun?"

Siri gave Glint a big hug just then and nuzzled her like a playful doll, then gave a nod. "Yes you did! You stayed up there for 10 seconds baby, maybe with a lot more practice, you can fly around just like my mommy, or maybe even your mommy~!" Then she giggled, sitting down with her.

"Well, everypony has there own ways of passing the time, I usually just sleep. Applejack has the farm, Pinkie has partying, and Twilight does egghead stuff." Dash said. "Say. Wanna race?"

 

"Thanks." Glint squealed, as Siri sat down, she started flying around the basement.

Stephan smirked and ran to the top of a tall tree. Over the horizon, he saw a tall castle over to the next town. It would be a trek for any other being in the tow, but for the speed him and Dash could go, it wouldn't take long.

"First one to that huge castle wins?" He asked, landing down and getting into a starting position.

Dash flew over next to him.
"I must warn you, my speed can become harmful to others in close proximity." Dash said, half-joking, half-serious. "So, I'd recommend no being in my way, when I get going."

Dash got into a position where she could easily get more speed.

Stephan simply smirked at the pegasus.

"Same to you. Though, you can fly, so you don't have to worry." He said with a small laugh. "Alright then, let's go!" Stephan started off with a strong 225 MpH. For the moment, the two were pretty much neck-and-neck, but he was slowly gaining some ground.

Dash saw he was gaining more speed by the second, he would definitely win if she didn't do something fast.

"Come on, come on." Dash yelled as she got faster and faster, she had just gotten up on level with Stephan when the familiar mach cone formed around her front. "COME ON!"

 

Fire looked over to Moon, who seemed like she wanted to talk to him.

"Hey Moon, do you have a second to talk?" Fire asked.

Stephan noticed a faint cone appearing in front of Dash. He then recoginzed it; a mach cone. Dash was beginning to pick up speed, which meant he had to, as well. In mere seconds, Stephan's legs went into a figure eight and a mach cone similar to Dash's appeared in front of him.

"Come on! COME ON!!" Dash yelled as she began to go even faster, then in an instant, she exploded through the sky in a magnificent spectacle of color and speed. she kept going until she reached the castle and then stopped, slightly out of breath, she just stood there and waited for Stephan to arrive, eventually.

What had just happened utterly amazed Stephan. A stream of color just came right out of her and sent him flying. His vision was blurry for a few seconds, but it soon returned to him. The next thing he knew, he was soaring through the sky and went right over the castle.

He began screaming and it could be heard faintly from below.

Fire looked over to Moon, who seemed like she wanted to talk to him.

"Hey Moon, do you have a second to talk?" Fire asked.

Moon was lying down in bed over at the hospital wing of the Castle. But she heard Fire's voice coming from beside her, so she looked over curiously and called back out. "Oh, Fire.. Is that you? Hello dear, what is it that you want? You can talk to me about anything, there's no one here.."

 

(( also, hospital wing looks like the harry potter hospital area. Just with a lot more white and yellow, and it's a little more bright ))

Dash heard the screaming and looked up, smirking, she flared her wings and flew up the way and caught him in mid-fall, she then began the flight back to Ponyville, once they had reached their original spot. Rainbow Dash lay down/

"Okay, remind me to never do that after eating." Dash said. "Feel sick now."

 

"I just wanted to talk to you, you might have a few things on your mind, I would think so anyway." Fire said. "And I made a promise to you."

Grand nodded at Missy. "We certainly will, all this excitement is getting tougher to keep up with. I think a spa day is certainly needed" she said, placing some more rubble back together.

 

Caramel smiled, glad to see everyone was okay. " well I guess we better get to rebuilding... Again" she sighed, turning to face the wrecked Ponyville
