Greta nodded. "Eggs Benny it is, it's my favorite" she said, getting everything prepared. "So how was your sleep? You look a bit sore. I guess the couch wasn't as comfortable as I hoped, my apologies" she said, focusing on making breakfast. "Frank will be here for breakfast, correct?" She asked distractedly

Siri nodded and ripped it open, seeing the small white box that was in front of her. She decided to open it up shortly after, her smile very wide.

 

She pulled out something, something that was.... What? It couldn't be, no it just cant.

But it was in fact, (( plot twist coming up x3 ))

a Rainbow Dash plushie.

 

Sirius was surprised by the gift, but picked it up and hugged the plushie tightly. "Wow, it's you Dashie! But, how could something like this be from this world, if they don't know about ponies?"

Dash's mouth was opened completely.

"What....the.....he....?" Dash said.

 

Missy turned to Greta.
"I don't know, he might be here." Missy said. "I'll call him now." Missy took out her phone and phoned Frank, she told him to come to Greta's place. "He's coming."

"Good to know, I'll make plenty then" she said happily. "Oh Missy could you um.... Maybe go check on Cara?" She asked, a little hesitant. "You know what, never mind, let's let her sleep" she said, not turning away from the stove. "I'm sure she doesn't want to be woken up anyways"

"Heheh. Coincidence, I guess." Stephan said. He was just happy that Sirius got something nice for Christmas. "Happy Holidays, Sirius." He picked up his daughter and nuzzled her.

"Yeah, it must be a coincidence." Dash chuckled and walked into the other room.

 

Missy was about to lay back down but she started feeling kind of sick, so she ran to find a bathroom and eventually found it, when she came back, she looked worse than before. "Greta. Do you have a brush anywhere?"

"Thanks so much daddy..~" She nuzzled back and kissed Stephan on the cheek, giving him a hug shortly after. Then, Sirius looked back to the doll, then to Dash who looked surprised. She was just about to hand it to her, but she had already left so the girl turned back to Stephan. "That was the best present you've ever gotten for me, and I love it sooo much..!!"

"Oh, goodness" Greta said, flipping off the stove and running over to the bathroom. She grabbed a brush from the counter and handed it to her. "Are you alright? Here, let's get you checked out" she said, helping Missy up. "Let's check your temperature and I'll get you some water"

"I'm fine, it was just a bit unexpected." Missy said. "Seriously, don't worry about me." Missy wondered what could have caused that, she felt fine, then she just felt sick. "I can only think of one time that it happened, that's when I....." Missy put her hand to her mouth and leaned against a wall, she looked shocked.

Stephan smiled.

"Well, you have fun with your new toy, Sirius. I've gotta go check on Dashie." Stephan kissed Sirius' head and walked into the other room. Dash looked as if she just saw a ghost or a clone... and she possibly saw just that. "Well, that was... weird." He said.

"What on earth are you...oh... " Greta said, leaning against the door. "Well, there's no evidence, maybe it was just a case of food poisoning or something" she said, helping Missy to the couch. "Here, I'll get you some waterto clean out that taste" she said, giving her a glass of water

"Yeah, I guess... I think we should wake up Cara. I need to speak with her." Missy said, Frank knocked on the door.

 

"Yeah, that was certainly one of the most weird experiences I've ever had," Dash said, "Let's just get this over with so we can go back to our own world."

"You go speak to her, I'll get the door" she said assuringly. She walked over to the door and opened it. "Oh, hello Frank, and Merry Christmas" she said with a smile, letting him. "I'm just about finished breakfast, I hope you like eggs Benedict" she said with a smile

Missy got up and walked slowly to Cara's room, she knocked on the door.

"Hello, Cara? Is it alright for me to come in?" Missy asked.

 

Frank was greeted by Greta opening the door.

"And a merry christmas to you too." Frank said. "Sorry we don't have any presents, the last few days have been kind of.....yeah."

"Oh, don't worry about it, I'm just glad you two stopped by" she said with a smile, and turned back to the kitchen. "Missy's just in the bedroom"

 

Cara turned slightly. "Yeah, I guess" she said quietly. She pushed herself up to a sitting position but didn't look up. She instead just looked at her hands

Missy walked over and sat beside her.

"So, how've you been the past couple of days? I've head you haven't been speaking to anyone, let me tell you something, it's not good to hold back your emotions, and it's certainly not good to keep how you feel bottled up." Missy said, putting a hand on her shoulder. "So...talk to me."

 

"I'm sure Missy could use the company, she's been pretty down for a little while. Glad she has a friend like you, there for her though." Frank said, walking in and looking around. "I see you're the festive type."

It soon turned to one in the afternoon. Stephan could see home glimmering on the other side of the large wall mirror. He then turned to Dash and Sirius.

"Well, despite all of the stuff we went through, I hope you all had fun." He said, smiling.

"Well why not try to brighten everyone up? Tis the season and all that. But I think more than anything all this Christmas stuff is a way to keep me busy. Sit idle too long and you'll end up regretting it" she said, putting everything on plates

 

Cara sat looking at her hands for a minute. "What's there to say? I feel awful. That's all there is to it"

"You can't stay miserable forever though, life goes on whether we like it or not." Missy said. "You know he loved you, do you think he'd want you acting like this? Not talking to anyone and staying in your room?"

 

"Yeah, there's a lot of truth to that." Frank said. "I've been so busy, just drinking, so much.... and I forgot what was important, my family, and I never even got to speak to my own son again before he was murdered."

 

"I did, thanks for the memories." Dash said, hugging into him. "Now, back to Equestria?" Dash walked up to the mirror, then walked through it, before she knew what was happening, she was unconscious.

"I had lots of fun daddy! Especially with my best friend Dashie!" She smiled and hugged the plush that she was given, then looked up to both people. Sirius decided to give one last look around before nodding, and then slowly stepped through the portal.

 

--On the other side--

 

Siri popped out of the magic mirror, landing with a thud. She rolled a bit, shaking herself then got up on two.. Hooves. She became wobbly, and noticed that she had become a pony again, so she sighed and went back on all fours. "I already miss being a human.."

Greta sighed and put a plate of food in front of him. "Well the best we can do is hope for a better tomorrow, but until then we have a lovely holiday to celebrate"

 

"It's not like I haven't tried. It's just hard. It's easier to just keep to yourself. In the long run its just you anyway" she said, not looking up

Stephan looked around one more time. He thought he was going to tear up. He was about to leave his home.

"Goodbye, Earth. I'll come back... one day." Stephan fell backwards into the mirror as if he was diving into a pool. And, just like last time, he fell unconscious and was lying next to Dash.

"True, but there are people who would like nothing more than to just be there for you. So just tell me about him. What made him more special to you than any other boy you've met?" Missy asked.

 

"Yes, good idea." Frank poured a cup of tea. "To the future." Frank joked, raising the glass.

Dash awoke in Canterlot Castle, the room with the mirror, she looked behind her to see she had wings again, and a tail, and hooves.

"Sirius, look, we're ponies again, isn't this great?!"

Sirius looked to Dash, still holding the plushie she had gotten and faked a smile. "Yeah, we're ponies again~! I've missed this world a lot, so lets get daddy back home and maybe do a little something!" She said and picked up the unconsious Stephan with her magic, then walked out of the place to head to Ponyville.

Cara sighed. "I don't know... I guess it takes someone pretty special to put up with me in the first place" she said quietly "I'm not exactly an easy going person"

 

Greta smiled and tapped his cup before taking a sip of coffee. "Ive got a feeling there's plenty ahead of us" she said happily
