All of the others are blank slates except that the show suggests that Pinkie is in a straight relationship, and there is a hint that AJ/Dash are too. Yeah, Rarity seems to be either straight or bi, possibly not even realizing that she was bi until late in life. Anyway, RariJack is a fun ship! Pinkie Pie canonically weds Cheese Sandwich and starts a family, so probably straight (but could be bi; honestly, bisexual could apply to almost any pony). Fluttershy is seemingly straight. possibly even asexual. She's never shown an interest in finding a special somepony. Applejack & Rainbow Dash are heavily implied in "The Last Problem" to be a lesbian couple, though either or both could be bi. Applejack, at least, has shown interest in stallions in the past, even if it never got serious. That just leaves Twilight Sparkle. She's either straight (as hinted by her attraction to Flash Sentry) or bi. Human Twilight definitely seemed to have chemistry with Sunset Shimmer--and I don't mean as lab partners. Unfortunately for Twilight, she seems to feel that her status as the leader of Equestria doesn't leave much room for romance in her life.
