"I'm sorry about what happened to your parents Jack." Charcoal said. "Wait, I just thought of something. You said before that you don't even know if your parents loved you. But if they didn't love you don't you think they would have made that evident as they left?" Charcoal asked, thinking she may be on to something.

Jack tilted his head trying to remember the scene "I woke up in my room." Jack started describing the morning his parents fled "I walked to the kitchen where my dad usually was in the mornings. Except he wasn't there." Jacks face turned emotionless. "I went to my parents room and nobody was in there. Yet mother's jewelry was all there. I looked through the rest of the house and no one else was there. I waited for days, but no one came. I ran to the sheriff and told him what happened. Him and his posse looked in the house and all over the desert. They didn't find them." Jack sighed "Would all of us miss something?"

"Well I can imagine that they would take valuables if they did leave." Charcoal said while thinking about what Jack had told her. "Doesn't it seem similar to when that Pegasus you said came when he just up and was gone? Ugg, id hate to say it but it does support the I supposed rainbow factory."

They would have to be very careful where they chose to take ponies from to keep from being caught, that would be why they would have to take that crazy Pegasus. But again, this is only a theory. Memories of him and his parents flashed before his eyes. Every memory of them, even the good, the bad, and the ugly. Jack snapped out of it his breathing was heavy and his hooves where fidgeting. I'm sure if we work together we could find them. Though if we do you will have to excuse me if I complain about the heat, black fur isn't the best in high temperatures."

What point would there be if there's no cheese at the end of a rat maze? And plus I want to settle in Ponyville." Jack bit hit lip "But if you really want to do it. Sure thing."

Don't you finally want to know what actually did happen to your parents, they could be dead yes, but until we find a corpse there is always a chance that they are alive." This hug was really getting drawn out, Charcoal wasn't sure she could control herself much longer.

Anyways, back to the matter at hoof. There could be this giant truth that'll crush me down. Plus I don't know where'd we start..." Jack paused "Crazy uncle..."

after some time; a large amount of time, an announcement was heard. The plane was landing in a few minutes, and everypony should fasten themselves in. A small light flickered on, showing that they should fasten up as the pilot checked a few more things and slowly angled the plane down a notch.

Jack buckled himself in as well. It was a little tight so he unbuckled and loosened it before putting it back on. "That's better." Jack looked toward Charcoal "You were getting pretty huggy there. I was beginning to get scared that you would've broke my ribs" Jack laughed
