"Yes there are stores in Ponyville, the bar is not the best but it has its regulars, I wouldn't know I haven't had their wine but if you want to know ask Berry, the coldest it has ever been since I have been there is roughly 20 below zero. And for your final question, yes it does snow during the winter. I would help with making it snow but I can't."
