I was finally able to draw something close to good though i gotta admit it, not the best color scheme for the feathers.

 

Any who,you can still see the difference in the uncolored version, i tried  removing the brush strokes as much as i can (btw this is my first digital sketch )

I think adding shading would give it a bit more depth and a sort of 3d look. 

Other than that Id say it looks pretty good, nice job.

Nice and clean drawing. I'd say well done, keep it up! (and by keep up I mean continue to try your best!)

 

Just try not to use such glaring colors and you'll be fine.

I wasn't sure what you meant by that but directly started editing and if i'm not wrong this it? and made it look as if it was hovering

Yes, exactly like that, in the same way you added shading to the bottom left corner. 

I would also add a slightly darker orange tone underneath his beak as well.

ok, so i tried what you suggested but  ummm it's very light because if it was to be darker it would just get ugly and the contrast would be too high
