"Hey Parso, you got here quickly!" Wish commented, very slightly disapointed that they weren't the first to get into the water while it was undisturbed and pristine. She would have waved a hoof had it not been entwined with Ceres'

"I'm fine - honestly. It's just a bit of dirt." Mumbled the mare with a slight smile as she felt herself led towards the water. Looking up at the scene before her reminded her of why she loved finding hidden places like this so much: not that the waterfall could really be called hidden - considering the stallion swimming in it. 
 
Happily, she sunk halfway into into the cool water and looked back at the pony still holding onto her hoof..
 
"You're going to have to either join me or let go." She said happily.

Approaching the waterfall, Monkshood began to see two recognizable ponies and one undistinct character among a multitude of shapes form in the distance. It was Ceres with another pony and the white pegasus stallion from earlier. He advanced towards them. 

 

"Salutations Ceres, I didn't expect to see you again so soon" Monkshood stated. Giving only a passing wave to acknowledge the other two ponies presence.

he smiled and laid back so he was floating on his back again, he began to relax again until a fish jumped out of the water and back in startled him

he never finished as he went under and resurfaced, laughing

 Ceres smiled at Wish, getting into the water herself.    Taking a decent armful, she splashed it over Wish's coat and mane, letting the dirt run off her coat with the water.  She took a position behind her and stroked Wish's mane clean, ensuring that all of the loose dirt and twigs were gone.  She looked over to the white pegasus who had introduced himself, "Oh, it's good to finally know your name!  It's nice to see you again Parso."
 

Monkshood walked up as well, somewhat of a surprise to Ceres.  She just grinned, "Hey Monkshood!  Why don't you join us?"

 

Ceres motioned for Monkshood to join the trio in the water with her free hoof, the other hoof still running through Wish's mane.

Monkshood looked at the group then the water intently. Though this wasn't something he would usually partake in, the cool rush of water over his mane and fur sounded refreshing today in the heat of the summer day. Walking over to a nearby tree Monkshood unstrapped his well-weathered saddlebag letting it gingerly fall against the tree and ground. 

 

Focusing on the water, he began dashing forward towards the lake as his sprint soon transformed into a odd jumping motion. Clumsily, Monkshood splashed into the water as long brambles and leaves loosened from his mane.  As he rose to the surface of the water, he glanced back at the trio as fresh beads of water rolled down each of their faces. 

 

"Ah it's funny, I sometimes forget to revel in the simple pleasures of life", he stated for once not caring who heard him speak. His work could wait. This was the first time he had truly been relaxed since his trip had begun.

Pelate walks the trails with nothing to do he looks at the waterfall in the distance, every pony is there. *why do I have the feeling that she welcomes every pony except me? She must now like me for something else, or she's hyper sensitive* Pelate wanted to go and try again *should I? It seems like the right thing, but will she too?* he facehoofs at himself. *just wanted to make friends and their all with the pony who hates me for whatever reason...I'll just go and try to make up with her and it'll be over* he takes a breath and trots for the waterfall hesitantly but then he makes it there.

"Ceres? I'm going to try one last time, to make it up to you. It's not worth it to hate another pony for their mistakes, please forgive me for my actions." Pelate said in a serious voice. "Please." He didn't like being hated, he would do anything to not be hated by anypony this would be his only objective for the time in this camp to make friends with Ceres. He knew the situation was redo culprits in a way but still was his fault and he knew it was rude, but he still didn't understand why Ceres would take it do far.

"I'm fine." Blazing said simply. That's it! Buck the rules! I'm staying outside if I can't be alone here. He thought. He didn't head out yet, he was going to wait until closer to nighttime and sneak out then. I may not be following the rules, but I don't care anymore. He thought.

Without knowing it, Wish had almost completely zoned out as Ceres' hooves worked their way through soothingly through her mane: she hadn't expected it at first and had tensed up but quickly relaxed when she realized that the mare wasn't trying to hurt her.
 
'This is nice... A little odd maybe, but nice...'
 
It was hearing Pelate's voice again that snapped her back to reality. Unsure what she should do, she simply stayed where she was and watched, not confident enough to take either side.

Ceres sighed, 'He sure is persistent isn't he?'   Ceres turned around and faced Pelate, a disappointing look on her face.  "I know I gave you instructions on how to apologize didn't I?  'With your actions'.  I don't hate you, I just think your rude and insensitive.  So just chill out, if I hated you, you'd have a very nasty time of trying to walk around camp without looking over your shoulder every five seconds.  I don't necessarily like you, but that doesn't mean that I hate you.  Now stop your whining and have some fun, this is camp after all."

 

Ceres shook her head, shaking off her thoughts on the matter.  'Some colts are just idiots...'  She turned back and continued to stroke Wish's mane soothingly.  She exhaled sharply, smiling as she looked up.  'Things are getting too serious right now... I need to break up the tension.'

 

Ceres stopped stroking Wish's mane and grinned sadistically at Wish, her eyes flashing a playful predator like glance.  She took her right hoof and splashed Wish with the water and swam off into the pond.  She then proceeded to do the same to both Parso and Monkshood, antagonizing the oncoming splash-war.  Grinning, she proclaimed, "Come and get me if you can!"

'Why do mares have to be such jerks' Pelate thought. *how am I to show her through my actions if she won't give me a fucking chance*

Pelate looked away *you think you're tough, you don't intimidate me.* Pelate knew he wasn't rude from one accident she was candy costing every word that came from her mouth, she didn't even know him and she was judging. He sat outside the water to avoid getting wet.

Shirley and Roy had been walking together, unsure of what to door say to the other ponies at the camp. They came across the pond and found several ponies in it. Shirley looked at Roy and grinned. "Wanna go in?" "Why would I do that?' "Cuz it's camp and we're here to have fun... right?" "I guess..." Roy sighs and begins to take off his shirt. Shirley takes off her hoodie and places her hat on a stump. The pink mare runs towards the pond, jumping at the last second and causing a fairly impressive splash.  Roy sighs and gets in slowly, causing very little disturbance in the water.

Grinning madly, Wish ducked under the water before emerging - sending water splashing all around her - not aiming anywhere in particular as she laughed at Parso trying to swim away. She threw a couple of splashes about without ever really going after anyone in particular.

As the pink mare hit the water and a wave of water cascaded over Wish, she paused for a moment in confusion before bursting out into a new wave of laughter.

A stallion came up to Pelates side "I'll explain later, its not a good time now."

Then Pelate sees two new ponies show up pelate stood up and spoke "Hey, I never saw you two on the bus. well, anyways, I'm Pelate." He says in a friendly tone. "What's your names?"He needed somepony to talk to so this was his chance to make new friends. The two looked nice hopefully they where.

(OOC Pelate isn't in the pond he's sitting just outside of it)

Appearing indifferent to events around him, Monkshood half-heartily splashed water in whatever direction. "Curious", Monkshood thought "why would someone such as Ceres shun this one individual, and what could he of done to invoke her ire". Soon growing tired of the incessant splashing. He began gradually floating away from the events surrounding him. He slowly began drifting closer and closer to the embankment which the grey pegasus sitting upon.

 

Monkshood stood up and shook out his fur and mane, taking special care not to soak the stallion. Methodically, he approached the pegasus. Giving him a quizzical look he said "I believe we've met each other before at the hall, but that is not why I wanted to talk to you. I actually came to ask you, why does Ceres shun you? What have you done which was so 'rude'. I'm truly curious as she seems so intent on making 'friends' with everyone".

"So where you late or something, you weren't on the bus last time I checked."

Parso smiled at the new mare and then quickly dodged another splash of water, he started to laugh

"you need to try harda than that"

he didn't know who threw it, but he DID call free for all. he noticed another fish jump nearby

Regardless of who Parso was talking to, Wish took the opportunity to oblige. Kicking up a torrent of water over him with a mischievous grin.

 

"Is that good enough?" She chided happily.

 

Watching the chaos around her, Wish had what she considered an amazing idea: It was glorious down here under the waterfall but... well, it much be absolutely stunning from the top! It was doubtful that anyone would be allowed to simply go exploring up that way: it was probably terribly unsafe but...

 

She made a mental note to check it out. Maybe after it got dark.

Ceres laughed as some water was splashed her way, the tension from the group as a whole was dispelled.  Things were going well.  Ceres turned and swam to the waterfall itself, moving herself up onto a rock that the waterfall was close to.  The mist shrouded the area around her, as she simply sat there.  Ceres closed her eyes and just listened to the waterfall, content to relax for a moment while she collected her thoughts.  'The others are busy getting to know the two newcomers.  I think I'll just watch them for now, I'll approach them later.  They seem to be close though, either siblings or lovers.  And the stallion seems to have a thing about putting his clothes on, as if he's uncomfortable when he's naked.'

Parso laughed and splashed Wish back, the first torrent missed, but the second managed to splash her, he started to laugh again

"gotcha!"

he swam over to a surfacing rock and sat on it to catch his breath, all that swimming and laughing wore him out

Listening in on the conversation Pelate was having with the two newcomers, Roy and Shirley, piqued Monkshood interest. This pony Pelate knew every corner of this camp, or so he claimed at least. Regardless, this could actually help him as Monkshood had been wandering randomly around the camp grounds. 

 

In a reserved voice Monkshood piped up. "Sorry interrupt your introductions, Pelate was it, but I would actually like to ask if I could get a personal tour of the grounds. I would rather appreciate it. Also, I would enjoy the company of somepony, instead of wandering aimlessly around by myself". An almost unnatural smile spread across Monkshood's face in an attempt to cajole Pelate into showing him around camp.

"Thank you for your kindness, I would of probably left to wander the camp-grounds for hours if you hadn't come along. Before we leave though let me grab my bag". Monkshood declared as he wandered over to the tree where he had left his bag.

 

Strapping his saddlebag on, he casually trotted back to the group, but soon stomped his hoof in the dirt as if he had forgotten something. "How could I of been so dense, we have met before, but never have we been properly introduced. I'm Monkshood and it is rather nice to meet you". He remarked slowly as he extended his hoof out to interact with the three ponies. It was obvious that introductions was not something Monkshood was accustomed to.

Roy looked back at his sister, who was still messing around with the other ponies in the water. "Uh... sure why not? I appreciate the offer Pelate. You seem like a very nice pony." Roy smiled and moved his shirt, which had felt a little uncomfortable for some reason. He put his saddlebag back on, looked at Shirley again, and stepped forward. "Ready whenever you are."
