Sure, Nightmare Moon, Discord, and Queen Chrysalis were dangerous, but they at least had some lighthearted moments too. THIS guy, however, evidently decided to scrap the latter, thus earning the "Too Evil To Live" Xbox Live Achievement.

 

Ivan Drago (Rocky IV):

 

The cheesiest film in the series should've had the cheesiest opponent, right? Well, if killing Apollo Creed, ending Rocky Balboa's (full-time) career, and being the core cause of the 2 much darker sequels can be called "cheesy," then I suppose so.
