How would be the perfect villian for MLP?

Putting aside NightMare Moon, Discord, Chrysalis, King Sombra and Sunset Shimmer. How would be the perfect villian for the series? What kind of personality would he/she have?

Maybe a personality and a backstory that is different from the villains that we already have. The perfect villain for the series would be someone who has a great personality, in-depth backstory, and is badass in every way. Any villain that can put fear into all of Equestria, and the Mane 6 can win my vote.

A villain that blends between black and white, and tries to fool and outsmart the Mane 6. Maybe he or she had wanted to do good when he or she is actually doing bad. Or they believe that the end, the good end, justifies the means. Anything is good, but it'll be difficult to execute it well on a kids show, where children actually do have a black and white point of view.

Or we could have a bad guy who is in fact not a bad guy but so different he could never hope to be anything other than an antognist.

OH wait we had that, and he was called discord.

 

I submit to you if Equistra was more (forgive my geekness) the land of chaotic good, as apposed to Order, and Law,

 

Discord would have been seen exactly as what he is.  A giant pain in the ass.  that's not really a villain.  it'a  problem.

For examle if most ponies thought like PInkie I think Discord would need virtually 0 conversion to be welcomed in as a friend.

 

I might be off on this statement but nearly that much.
