 Shivty retracts her hooves feeling a little hurt from the sudden withdraw of Muddles. "Well, I'm glade that you forgive me. And if I do anthing else that makes you feel uncomfortable just let me know."She goes back to eating her breakfast before it starts to get cold.

Muddle felt hungry, but only kept picking at her fries. She could feel a sort of awkwardness in the air between them, and wasn't sure what to do about it. She thought for a moment about what say while Shivty ate, and decided that maybe Shifty's other, 'happier' half would help lighten the mood of their conversation. 

 

"So, Shivty... I learned a lot  about you, but what about the mare I met when I first came here?" She perked up as she said, "I'm sure you two have some funny story of meeting each other to share, right."

Shivty faces gets a little dark. "Yeah, Bany and I had a few good times. But the way we met was not so good. I don't want to bring you down. And I bet she would like you. She's always been nice to ponies who seem not to be part of the crowd. She was always alone when she was young. So she goes out her way to try and make friends who's been in the same boat as her. But she tries to make friends with everyone else too. And that's why she is the nicest mare you will ever meet."

Muddle remained silent for a moment, so she could take everything Shivty had said in. She wanted to say something kind, comforting, but nothing came into her mind; so she stopped trying.

 

She didn't speak very loudly, but she spoke loud enough for the mare next to her to hear. "She sounds really strong..." She looked down at the table before she continued to speak. "I'm glad she didn't decide to hold onto the past."

Shivty smiles. "That's nice of you to say. Bany has always seen the good in others and will always treat any being with nothing but kindness. Me on the other hoof would stomp someones face in if they ever talk bad about me or her. She would try to salve everything  in a peaceful way while I would rather fight. And if she likes someone she would take the slow route while I would just ask a pretty mare out." She says while looking ad Muddle.

Frost smiled and shrugged. "The only classes I have now are computer engineering, and a few music classes, besides the normal classes, math, ect." he said as he walked up the stairs to the main building, picking up a map frontage stand next to the door. He stood next to Pink and levitated the map in front of them. "Well see anything you like? We got a couple of coffee shops right here....this ones closer." he said, pointing.

 

Music is nice. I'm also taking some tech classes too. It's really interesting stuff for me. 

 

Pink took a look at the map before her.

 

The closest coffee shop is fine. I just want to look around but not get tired from too much walking. She giggled.

The closest coffee shop is fine. I just want to look around but not get tired from too much walking. She giggled.

Frost let out a small chuckle, "I can understand that! The coffee shop it is then!" he announced with a laugh, starting back down the stairs. He turned his gaze back to Pink. "So what career do you plan on presuming after school huh? Doctor? Scientist? Something high up there I would expect." he said with a wide smile

Frost let out a small chuckle, "I can understand that! The coffee shop it is then!" he announced with a laugh, starting back down the stairs. He turned his gaze back to Pink. "So what career do you plan on presuming after school huh? Doctor? Scientist? Something high up there I would expect." he said with a wide smile

"To tell you the truth I'm not absolutely sure. I just came here cause my parents absolutely insisted that I had to. They want me to get a good education but I never really planned this. I just want to travel and see new places, meet new people, like I've always done. I don't want that suddenly taken away from me due to settling down somewhere to persue a career. But I guess if I must, I must."

 

Pink looked down sullenly. "I just wish they could understand I don't want that normal boring everyday life they have. I want adventure and excitement in my life. Or at least as much as I can have living like this. But I know I'm gonna have to settle down someday."

 

Pink looked at Frost and gave a half smile.

 

"Sorry for that. Really, I guess I felt I just needed to vent. But seriously, I'm not sure what I'm gonna do. I guess just whatever I happen to succeed in."

"I can understand that, the sights, the culture, it's all wonderful." he said softly turning his gaze back to Pink, "that's one of the reason I'm becoming a music artist!" he said with confidence in his voice. "I can travel and meet new ponies, see the sights...all while doing something I love." he smilied.

 

He paused for a moment before putting his hoof overhis mouth, giggling slightly. "Who knows? If you follow Computer Engineering, you can be my personal technician, join me in traveling the world." he said with a laugh.

Muddle didn't look up at Shivty, but carefully listened to what Shivty was saying. She just kept picking at her fries as she thought about the last sentence Shivty had said to her. 

 

"I would just ask a pretty mare out."

 

She looked up at Shivty with a sad and questioning look on her face, "Well then why are you asking me?"

"Well there has to be a library here, it is a college afterall." She said picking up the jar on the cusp, so it would not pour over. "Alphhright, lett's phind the librrary." Pixie slurred, trying her best to speak with the jar in her mouth.  

"Let's go then." Blazing said, fighting back a laugh at the way Pixie talked. It's a lot funnier when somepony else is talking that way... He thought. Suddenly he remembered something. Wait, I have a map! He realized. He searched his stuff, finding it and looking it over. "Ah ha!" He exclaimed, leaving the dorm. He made sure to hold the door open for Pixie first though.

Shivty gives a questioning look of her own. "What do you mean, why wouldn't I ask a pretty mare like you out? You're one of the prettiest mares I've met so far." She takes Muddles hoof again hers. "And never let anyone tell you otherwise." She gives her a warm smile.

Traveling with a friend both doing something we are proud of, sounds almost like paradise." he said smiling as wide as he possibly could, beginning to hop down the road. "Seeing the world....all the possibilities!" he squealed
