Light saw the phone ring. "But... But... That's a fake phone..." Said Light, picking it up. "Hello? Doctor Valus, is that you? Thank Celestia you're all right! Are you safe? Did you avoid the cyber ponies and the angels?" Asked Light, in a very concerned tone. "Please be okay..." Whispered Light.

Rakon looked over at the sound of the ringing, not having heard anything like that before.  "What is that?" he asked. " A part of the tardis?" he asked.  "What does it do?" He asked.  Then he looked around.   He had seen so many new things in a short period of time and been to a few places he had never thought existed.

"This is a part of the TARDIS: a fake phone... So I have next to no clue why it's ringing." Said Light, still holding the headset to his ear, waiting for Valus' response. Come on, damn it, pick up! thought Light, anxiously waiting for The response of Valus from the phone in his hoof.

"Uh, the ringy thing is going off! The ringy thing is going off! Uh, what's it do?" Derpy asked.

 

She watched as Light picked it up and talked into one of the ends.

"Hello? Doctor Valus, is that you? Thank Celestia you're all right! Are you safe? Did you avoid the cyber ponies and the angels?"

"A phone? What is that?" She walked closer to it. "Hello? Mr. Phone? Can you talk? Because you can certainly ring a lot," she said, yelling next to Light's ear.

"It's Valus that I'm talking to, Derpy, he's on the other end of the phone." Light explained, waiting for Valus. guess I should answer Derpy's questions... She should know about the Doctor... thought Light. Light was concerned, waiting for Valus to answer his call on the phone.

"So you can talk to folks who are not present." Rakon said not to anyone in particular, "Interesting.  I didn't know such things were possible." He said, then he got an idea. "Maybe you can use that to find that pony you are looking for.  Maybe he can tell you where he is and you can go and pick him up."  Rakon said.

"Helloooo. It's Valus, I made a promise to help you find the doctor, and I don't break a promise. The Daleks have him, all I can do is set you on his trial. Go to Alfava Metraxis and look in the maze of the dead. There should be a clue to where they moved the doctor next. And one last thing, upgrades are fun."

 

Valus made a loud, high pitch screech come out of the other end of the phone. Loud enough and just the right frequency to make ears bleed. It only lasted 10 seconds.

 

"Have fun."

 

Valus hung up the phone.

"Oh noooo..." Said Loght, hanging up the phone. "The Cyberponies have him, and hey upgraded him..." Lamented Light. "He did give us a clue, though. Everypony, into the TARDIS! We're going to Alfava Metraxis!" Shouted Light, pulling everypony present into the TARDIS, setting their course for the Maze of the Dead on Alfava Metraxis.

"That is terrible, we can't save him or something?" Rakon said, concerned for the pony they had met a short time ago.  "What is this Alfava thing you mentioned? Is there someone or something that will help?" He asked, curious why they were going there and wondering what they'd find there.

"There lies the maze of the dead, and Valus, or what's left of him, left a clue there." Said Light. "And yes, I can save him, but it will take patience, and cunning minds." Said Light as the TARSIS landed on Alfava Metraxis. "Hopefully there is something here." He said, stepping out.
