If my favorite pony knocked my muffin out of my hands I would just pick it up because I know that it was an accident. Then I would probably give the muffin to Fluttershy's animal friends.

Well, Derpy gave me the muffin in the first place so I suppose it would be okay if she accidentally bumps it out of my hand. It would most likely be an accident, so I would probably eat it anyway after wiping it off on my shirt so she wouldn't feel too bad about it.
