First, strip all your clothes from yourself (yes, including the underwear). Congratulations! You are now done with your costume! Now go out there and trick or treat! If someone asks what you are supposed to be, say to them that you are Adam (if you are male) or Eve (if you are female).

When they ask why I don't have fur, I say it's not a full moon.

 

When it is a full moon and they ask me why I don't have a costume, I say I do have a costume. They ask me what is it, and I say I'm a time traveler.
