Krein paused for a minute, but then decided it was ok to reveal at least this information. "We go a long way back. Ever since I was inducted into the Imperators... He'll try and persuade others to leave Discord's side, we can't have him leading all of Alcron into war against a handful of rebels now can we? I'll need sometime to call him though..." He turned towards Strong Hooves. "Oh, and Strong.... eat off the ground if you're that hungry," Krein grinned. He saw the apple tree and gave it a buck with one hind leg, catching a few of the apples in his saddlebag before going into the cave and laying down to eat one of them. I ran with a gang called the Steel Stampede, most ruthless gang in Equestria, perhaps you've heard of them... I was the hitpony, ending anypony that crossed us. At first... I developed a liking for my work, killing became second nature... But my last job... Went too far... A stallion had forgotten to pay us for his continued protection, and as usual, I had to send a 'message' to show it wouldn't be tolerated... But when I did... I didn't realize I had killed him... Right in front of his colt and filly... The fear in their eyes, their sadness and misery... It haunted me... That day I deserted the gang... And I'm still running from them..." I've done a few...things for them, they're a bunch of wussies." She thought for a moment. "I remember them mentioning you a few times, actually. They asked if I'd find you." She chuckled a little. When they awoke, they were in a dimly lit room, each strapped to a table and partially slanted. A voice came out of the darkness and said "Don't try and use your magic, my young fillies. I have induced you with a concoction that relieves you of your magic. Also, big pony. You may notice 2 things. 1. You feel very weak. 2. You are strapped to a table with hatanite. The strongest metal ever to be found. Unbreakable." He said in a rich Canterlotian voice. (Good luck! LOL goodnight) "I am more silent than night itself..." However, he saw Snow and Strong attatched to tables as well, much like him. "Uh, could somepony please tell me what the hell is going on?" Krein remained silent for a while, but then decided to do something that was probably the stupidest idea he had ever conceived in his entire life. He looked towards the camera and spoke. "Good kind sir, I know that you are a pony of great intelligence, and it is literally my dying wish to know what's going to happen to us, how you developed these IMPRESSIVE bonds and potion, and how you became the great scientist you are today!" Krein grinned stupidly at the camera. *The voice came back onto the speaker.* "You are quite the insightful stallion," he said, obviously flattered. "I never hoped that I would be recognized by my enemies... but it brings great pleasure to know that at least somepony knows of my great intelligence. Very well, I suppose I have a few hours to spare before my assistants come in to turn you into cyborgs. You see, Lord Discord has asked me personally to... 'hypnotize' creatures and ponies to join him. So, being the great scientist that I am, I decided to use my latest technology. Cyborg tech!" Krein tried to stifle a laugh. <Oh yes, you're so smart! I love this, it always works!> "So! I assume that that metal dragon that attacked us was one of your WONDERFUL creations! Very impressive! I am honored to be killed by such a great pony like you! I mean, you're an emotionless robot whether or not this WONDERFUL scientist makes you into a cyborg anyways!" Krein felt a little bad for saying that, but still managed to give off a taunting grin. "Also, I'd probably let this GREAT scientist turn you into a cyborg anyways. Who knows, maybe it'll give you some strength. I mean, right now, I honestly think I've been wounded worse by an ant bite." <I honestly don't think that this guy or whatever convinced the dragon... He probably caught it in it's slumber... Toormaarnax, I wonder if he's found him also?> Krein turned back to the camrea. "Oh yeah, have you found any dragons encased in stone lately? I think it would be great if you did!"
