Remember the way I've beaten to death the idea of the writers trading in the disempowerment of Twilight's friends for the empowerment of Twilight herself, like they did in Equestria Girls?

 

I've written an MLP fanfic that reverses the scenario.  Twilight sends her friends to another Canterlot High like the one she explored, so that they could help her alternate human self learn about the magic of friendship, even if that means helping her win a Fall Formal Princess Pageant like the one pony-Twilight won.  That way, everything regarding entering the human-world for all of the Mane Six is evened out between Twilight and her five friends.
