Hi, you may call me Clearlight. I am 19 years-old and I am an advent lover of My Little Pony. I am also in many other fandoms including Homestuck, Game of Thrones, Red vs Blue, etc. I guess when people say they are in fandoms, they mean they actively participate and contribute to that fandom. I like to consider myself within a fandoms ranks even if it's only passively. I don't have much creativity or artistic talent and it bugs me to no end. I'm dream of writing a fanfic one day and have somewhat started on it but I'm picky about my own work and it always seems like it's not good enough to me. I can somewhat sing but I haven't really gotten an unbiased opinion on that so I can't really say that with absolute certainty. I can't compose music but I want to start singing covers on Youtube but don't know how to go about that. My favorite pony is Lyra Heartstrings thanks to the fanfic Anthropology. I'm new to this whole forum thing and don't really know what to do here. I hope this endeavor reaps more benefits than sorrows.

I highly recommend that you read the books instead of watching the HBO series. I mean, if you prefer to watch the series that's fine but it skirts over so much that is relevent. Anyway, that's a little off topic since this is an MLP forum and thanks for the support and the "infinite" muffins.

Yeah I'm usually pretty hard on myself when it comes to art and all that jazz too. Just gotta remember that everyone has to start somewhere. Very rarely is someone just born with talent. Don't be afraid to just take a chance and put yourself out there. I guarantee you'll always 90% of the time get nothing but helpful and/or constructive feedback, especially from this community.

 

With that being said I look forward to anything you put out in the future. Welcome to the forums, and I truly hope you benefit from being a part of this great fandom!
