"Oh not those pesky things." Thunder stated. "We shouldn't be Skaro, we should be past Equestria. Unless Discord had Daleks back then, which I can't imagine him having them, unless he creates them using his powerful magic." Thunder stated as he looked around. "And clues? What kind of clues?" Thunder asked.

 

The Doctor breathed a sigh of relief after the scanning was complete. "The clues that can tell me where my real self has gone. And, luckily, we are on Skaro at a time when Daleks are few." Said the Doctor, stepping out of the TARDIS doors. "See?" He asked, looking around.

Thunder stepped out cautiously and looked around. No Daleks in sight. "Okay, so what are we looking for here again?" Thunder asked. He still had the thought of encountering a Dalek or two, which he was ready. He thus gathered some electricity just in case they were attacked.

"We are looking for anything that indicated my presence here in the near past." Explained The Doctor. "Any clothing, tools, anything that would explain I was here. We could even interrogate Daleks if need be." Said The Doctor in a very timely and calm manner of speech.

"Okay, got it." Thunder stated as he started to search around. He was ready in case they were ambushed by a group of Daleks. Thunder trusted that The Doctor's Clone was right that Dalek activity was low. He contiuned to search until he came across something. "Doctor!" He called out.

The Doctor's clone was searchinfpg around the newly landed in section on Skaro when he heard the voice of Thunder calling about half a mile from his position. Moving swiftly, the Doctor dropped all that he was doing and ran to Thunder. "What is it? What do you want to show me?" Asked The Doctor.

"This thing here. I don't know what it is though." Thunder stated pointing to a long metal rod with some wires on the end of it. Thunder gathered some electricity and held the rod in his levitation for the Doctor to take a look at. He then made sure no Daleks were in sight.

"Strange. Quite strange." Said The Doctor, grabbing the rod, and looking it over. "May be of Dalek make. I don't know." He said looking it over. Looking closely, he saw something. A Crystal. "This is a sonic device." Commented the Doctor. "But who's could it be?" Asked the Doctor.

"I don't know, maybe somepony related to the real you used to maybe fend against Daleks or build a TARDIS. But I don't see anything to use to build a TARDIS here, at least...not now." Thunder stated as he contiuned to inspect the long sonic screwdriver. He then made sure no Daleks were in sight.

"Wait a second..." Said the Doctor, once again looking at the device. It's my Sonic Cane!" Shouted the Doctor in Realization. "I must have been here at some point recently, or else my Sonic Cane wouldn't be here! How wonderful!" Commented the Doctor in utter glee.

Thunder Dash gave The Doctor's Clone the device. "Alright then. What else are we looking for?" Thunder asked as he kept on searching for clues. He then heard a voice from afar "Exterminate!" It stated. Thunder gasped. "Daleks are near!" He stated as he readied his currents.

The Doctor turned after he head the Dalek. With a look of displeasure on his face, the Doctor quickly thought up a plan, and balanced on the sonic cane. "Thunder, get to the TARDIS, I'll deal with the Daleks." Said the Doctor. "Don't question, just run." He continued.

Thunder headed over to the TARDIS. He really wanted to destroy those Daleks, but he knew The Doctor's Clone had a sonic screwdriver to defend himself. While in the TARDIS, he wondered how the controls worked. He looked at the various buttons on the dashboard.

The Doctor looked into the eyestalk of a lone Dalek that approached him. "The Doctor is detected!" It shouted. "Oh, yes, it seems you've got me, dang, there's no escape for me this time!" Said the Doctor, when, quick as a flash, he ripped the eyestalk from the Dalek, rendering it blind, before running into the TARDIS and setting the course for the past, the eyestalk still in his hoof.

dawn looked at the doctor as he ran to the TARDIS and once he passed her followed him. "Well,few Daleks and we still encountered one! I wonder if that Dalek strayed out of a group of them. I don't know and we probably don't want to find out!" Dawn said half to herself half to the TARDIS walls

"Alright, let's head over to the past. Who know's what kinda trouble's going on there. Derpy had been on Thunder's back the whole time. She was cringing on and scared. "Derpy, everything's gonna be fine. We will get The Real Doctor back." Thunder Dash assured. Derpy just clung on tighter.

"My sonic cane should give us a lead." Said The Doctor, plugging the cane into the TARDIS. The TARDIS began to move as it hurled itself into the past. "Hang on!" Called the Doctor, as the TARDIS finally screeched to a halt in the past, but their location in the past remained a mystery.

Thunder held on and so did Derpy. "Whoa! Where are we in the past? And shouldn't Discord be here?" Thunder asked. Suddenly they heard a laugh. "But I am here!" He said with a sneer. Thunder gasped. "Discord!" He stated as he withdrew back. He was not scared, but preparing to defend against Discord, for he was his evil self, and not reformed.

Dawn looked at Discord and gave him a dirty look. "You evil Draconequus! You can't even hold off chaos for a second!" Dawn yelled at Discord. She backed away a few steps but instead of being like thunder she stepped back in fear,the fear of being crushed by the creature of chaos

"Great. Lovely." Commented the Doctor. "Where are you, Discord?" Asked the Doctor. "Or are you everywhere? Or nowhere? Or someplace far away or possibly adjacent to our current position on this area of Equestria, or where ever we are?" Asked the Doctor, trying to confuse Discord.

Thunder was trying to hold in a snicker as The Doctor's Clone was fooling with Discord. Discord had this confused look on his face. But in reality, he was faking it. "Oh, perhaps you know I'm right here." Discord stated as he slithered around the Doctor's Clone, poking at him.

"Oh Discord, you pitiful, pitiful creature. On any other day, I might feel sorry for the likes of you. But then again, today is different." Said the Doctor. "You haven't seen me like this, have you? Surprised about my newest incarnation, hmm?" Asked the Doctor, hoping to possibly get a clue from Discord.

"Hmm? Another one of you? Well, If I told you where he is, I would have to...put you under..." Discord stated with a evil snicker. "Oh gosh, not this again." Thunder stated. "Just spill the beans for Pete's sake!" Thunder barked at Discord. "Oh, so we've got a fighter here...well then...I suppose we'll have to do this...my way." Discord stated as he used his evil magic, almost causing Thunder Dash to fall under his trance.

"oh no you don't!" Called the Doctor. He turned to Thunder. "Fight it! Don't give in to the darkness! You're stronger than Discord! Like he himself said, you're a fighter!" Shouted The Doctor, hoping to save Thunder from the dark fate of his original self. He turned to Discord, and looked him in the eye, waiting for Thunder to either fight it or give in.

Thunder was able to fend the darkness off, only after 10 seconds of struggling and holding his head. "You'll never get a hold of me Discord!" Thunder Dash yelled. He then readied a beam of electricity and fired it at Discord. But Discord teleported and appeared behind him. This continued for a few minutes. "Well, that means...Chaos wins again!" Discord stated with an evil laugh. "Chaos...time..." Thunder mumbled to himself.

"Dash, don't give in! I have a plan!" Cried the Doctor. He spun around and looked at Discord, before pulling from the TARDIS' console what looked like a more tangled and matted version of the sonic screwdriver. He pointed it at Discord, and put his hoof on the button, ready to set off the device.
