I love practically every single song in Friendship Is Magic. Maybe it's because I am a HUGE Fan of Music, but I love any song and every song in Friendship Is Magic, except maybe for a few I hate.

I don't think I truly dislike any of them. Not even the CMC's song from The Show Stoppers and Behold, Princess Twilight, both of which I find to be really funny.   My least favorite song though is The Failure/Success Song. It's okay, but it always leaves me with an awkward feeling inside.

For me the problem isn't really about the songs, because I like them almost all, (except BBBFF and all those song in which a chorus repeats what the main singer says ) but they often come very suddenly and it often seems to be a bad time for a song (e.g. This Day Aria, there is a scene with Twi and Cadance and then a song of fake Cadance but no real transition between them. That's the only thing I don't like with the show's songs.

There are actually very few songs in the series that I enjoy (though, there are some.)

 

I began watching the show for the characters, not the music.

 

For the most part it annoys me because if I don't enjoy it or its hammering in a point that I feel that the audience is already well aware of I will get irritated as I feel that it is.

 

I completely loathed 'Behold, Princess Twilight' for that very reason as it felt like too much for me with the angelic choir.

 

'This Day Aria', 'The Cutie Mark Crusaders Theme', 'Babs Seed', and 'The Smile Song' are the few that I enjoy.

I dislike most of the songs.

 

The only song I really like is This Day Aria. I am however okay with listening to instrumental versions of the songs, and by that I mean actual orchestral versions, not just the vocals taken away. I never really liked many of the songs to begin with, not for the tune itself, but the voices, I'm not quite sure why.
