slice of life Hurricane Fluttershy: Alternate Ending

I seriously expect you to have watched the episode. This is just the alternate ending part.

 

 

Rainbow Dash reached out her hoof to her scared friend, but frowned and kicked dust at where she had gone. She looked as if she was going to cry, then stomped off. Fluttershy ran ahead, crying hard. "Oh, why can't I do it? I'm nothing but a scaredy-pony! That's---that's all I'll ever be." She whimpered. The horrid words of filly Pegasi rang in her mind. 'Fluttershy! Fluttershy! Fluttershy can hardly fly!' The yellow pony wailed in frustration and sadness. "I'm such a failure! No wonder Dash hates me!" She yelped untruthfully. "I might as well go into the Everfree Forest." Fluttershy decided. "But first I'll leave a note." Fluttershy entered her cottage and scribbled something down on a piece of paper. "Dear Dash....The Everfree.....Never see me......don't even look.... I'm never returning......pathetic pony like......never have been born. Sincerely, Failureshy." Fluttershy finished and left the note on her table. She sobbed, tears streaming down her face. She fluttered out of the cottage and into the Everfree Forest.

Dash had returned to the cottage to beg Fluttershy to help. "Flutters?" She started to knock, but the door creeeaaked open. "Shy? Where's my number one flier?" She tried to sound cheerful. "Huh? Why in the name of Luna are there hoofprints? Fluttershy always cleans u---" Then Dash spotted the note. "Dear Dash. I am going to the Everfree Forest. You will never see me again. Don't even look. I'm never returning to Ponyville. A pathetic pony like me should never have been born. Sincerely.........F-Failureshy." Dash finished, tears welling up in her eyes. "Fluttershy, no! How could you do this!?" Dash lay down on the floor. "Why... why... whywhywhy... Why, best friend... H-how.. could you leave me..?" Dash murmured. "I have to find her!" Rainbow Dash shot out of the cottage into the forest. "Flutters? Fluttershy! FLUTTERSHYYYYY!!!" Dash desperately screamed. "D-Da-Dash?" Came a weak voice. "Oh, my Celestia and a thousand Wonderbolts! Fluttershy!" Dash was relieved. She flew down at her friend and threw her arms around her. "Ouch." Dash let go. "Eeeuh! What happened?!" Dash asked. Fluttershy's mane was ruffled, she was scratched, and a huge sting of some sort was on her shoulder. "Giant bees!?" Fluttershy shook her head. "Stinging nettles?"

"No."

"A m-manticore?"

"Bingo." Dash screamed. "FLUTTERSHY! THAT WAS YOUR WORST DECISION YET!!" Fluttershy dropped. "But I'm a mistake." Dash dropped beside her. "No. You're my best friend. And I love you." She smiled. "I-I'm not Failureshy?" Dash hugged her. "You're Fluttershy. My best friend." Fluttershy grinned, tears welling in her eyes. "But we need to get you helped. That's a nasty sting." Rainbow Dash helped Shy to the hospital. About a week later, after Dash shattered the wingpower record with her sudden burst of strength, the pair went for treats at Sugarcube Corner. Fluttershy smiled at Dash. "You're MY best friend, and I love you too."

 

This probably isn't SoL, because I have no idea what Slice of Life is. But it is Sad and Uplifting, if uplifting is SoL then yay. :3 This hit me right in the feels while I was writing. Bwaaah..

That is your opinion. To me Applejack is best pony, and Fluttershy is the cutest. By the way, go back to your role-play, i responded already @,
