OC Help!

Hey guys !
I really want to create an OC, but i can not draw and i was wondering if there was a website i could use to make one? or some sort of software that would make it easier :3 
P.S~ could you gimme some name suggestions ? Thank you every pony c:

Fully customisable, can even put your own cutie mark on the flank by importing it, height, weigh, the whole shbang!

Names just have something to do with the talent or your cutie mark so what's your talent?

just a suggestion, add the cutie mark with photoshop or similar program, the final pony immage is really in an high definition, btw in the pony creator you have to use low res immages.. so adding it at finished works may help developing something nicer also you can curve it to the flank or if the wings covers it (it happens all time...) also remember to save the code so you can modify it without having to start over again i've made my OC with that program

Introducing my new oc that i just created c: 
He has no name as of now >.< Nor does he have a cutie mark... but the cutie mark will definitely be something video game related !
What are your guys thoughts on him? :3
