Vinyl Scratch's sunglasses

Today I was talking to someone about sunglasses, and someone suggested I get Haino glasses. I'd never heard of them before so I googled Haino, and I find this Japanese musician wearing what appear to Vinyl Scratch's sunglasses.

 

Just a coincidence? Or was Vinyl Scratch modeled in part on Keiji Haino?

 

Or am I just fashion-blind and their glasses look nothing alike?

Could be.. I just figured it was based off the ungodly innumerable different 80's style glasses since she's usually pumping techno-ish sounding dance tunes, or background tones for the others to sing at...

That, and given the 80's roots of the animated series... (can't say MLP since technically IIRC that would be the late 70's..)

Well, both of the glasses look pretty similar. But, I think I need to see more but their glasses look pretty different from an angle.

they do seem simalar :0 the only difference being the obvious adjustment to the directions the lenses branch off to, with the human version haveing to go straight out, and the pony version haveing to angle up i want !
