What if Sunset won?

What if she actually killed Twilight? What would she do to the other human mane cast? Would she been able to defeat Tia and Luna with the Element of Magic alone? Wold Discord laugh while eating popcorn or get involved in the fight? And more importantly, How will she handle the SSJ haircut?

Sunset is incredibly cautious, she'd kill of the rest of the Mane 6 just to be safe. Sunset defeats Luna and Celestia with little trouble, she's got human Celestia and Luna at her side. Discord would probably get mind-controlled since we know he is vulnerable to it. In the end, Sunset rules Equestria with an iron fist while laughing insanely. Until the Season 4 opener, then she gets Discord to magic the vines away and starts ruling again. 

 

As for the SSJ hair cut, it will now be customary for Equestrian citizens to cut it in the same style xD

Well, in my upcoming fanfic, The Shimmering Hero of Canterlot High: Night of the Demons, this question is answered. Being a Magical Warrior, Sunset Shimmer was good friends with Sunset Demon (the demon who looks exactly like the one Sunset turned into, turns out SHE possessed her) after she turned her good, but unfortunately, the Demon King informed the Demon versions of Snips and Snails to turn her evil again by forcing Sunset Demon to quit being a Magical Warrior. One night at a sleepover, Sunset Demon fooled Sunset Shimmer into finding new magical powers, and sent her to an alternate universe where Sunset Shimmer defeated Twilight and her friends because she didn't want to be disturbed when she and the Demon King plan to take over the human Equestria and the pony Equestria.

 

In the alternate universe, Sunset first notices a crater where the Mane 6 are dead, and cries because of this. Then, that universe's version of the demonic Snails comes to her and then takes her inside Canterlot High, where she meets that universe's Snips Demon, Mystery Mint, and a young girl who is the human world version of Sunset Shimmer, Sunrise Shine. Later on, we meet the Sunset Demon from that universe, who is really evil and wants all humans (calling them Pariahs) to die. She turned all the humans and ponies into demons, and she even attempts to kill Sunset Shimmer, but after she is hit by a fireball and protected by Mystery Mint and Sunrise Shine, she winds up teleporting out of the alternate universe to the Demon Kingdom, where the rest of the story continues.
