I'm really a big fan of your shading skills. Everything looks so appropriate as black and white, it's great!

 

You always get the proportions spot-on, do you use images for reference or start from the ground up, I wonder?

 

All I do is download a Pic from Google on my phone, then I can look at the pic from different angles, and then i just draw it

Yeah, but I feel that I have done better on the one I'm currently drawing.
