Collaborators Wanted! [MLP x FIFA] (Skilled Artists Required)

Hello everypony. Just wanted to post up a thread for collaborative work between MLP and FIFA (which is coming in June 2014 next year, but it does NOT count as a deadline date when it comes to collaborative artwork, so you guys have plentiful of time), which consists of 32 different teams to compete for the championship title, with Brazil being the host of the upcoming FIFA World Cup. My goal was to try and make an EqD banner for Equestria Daily, which would be titled as "Equestria World Cup 2014", or whichever title you can come up with.
 
You don't have to be a football fan just to draw, though I will, however, require skilled artists to do collaborative work (vectors don't have to be included as it's completely optiona), not only for one pony per each nation, but also the flags and at least one stadium background, such as the Crystal Empire stadium from the episode Games Ponies Play (crowds don't have to be included as to make room for 32 ponies from 32 different nations), as well as the flags and jersey kits for the teams. There are several flags that's a bit tricky, most notably from their coat-of-arms, such as Spain, Portugal, Mexico, Croatia, Iran and Ecuador), so to me, they're optional, but for Ecuador, the coat-of-arms should be added as to prevent confusion, since the flag bears a strong resemblance to Colombia (without the coat-of-arms on the flag, however). For the flags, it could be either a large oval surrounding the title I came up with, or whichever you can come up with a suggestion.
 
As for the ponies, you can draw them that's inspired from different players from different nations like Italy's Mario Balotelli, Spain's Sergio Ramos, even Japan's Shinji Kagawa. They don't have to take up resemblance, as long as they are similar, depending on how they look and pose (and it can be drawn whether they are unicorns, pegasi or earth ponies), whether they're standing on rear hooves like Lyra Heartstrings, or just four hooves, whatever fits you the most, especially from different jersey kits as their primary outfits, depending on each different teams you can choose from. The stadium background itself, while tricky, can be done with a bit of photoshopping or other programs you people happen to have, as long as they're positioned well. If you guys have any suggestions, don't hesitate to let me know.
 
Now that I've given out the details, I'll need 32 artists (and I mean highly-skilled artists, not to sound picky and all), but I will use Brazil for drawing, while you guys can take 31 other teams (as well as the flags, or iff you like, you can find artists who can work on the coat-of-arms for certain flags that you would need help with), the other one for the stadium, whether it be the Crystal Fair stadium or whichever stadium you can come up with (as long as it's not too bad). Here are the 32 teams (Brazil will be mine to draw for it), one for the flags (two, if wanting to draw the coat-of-arms) and one to work on the background (most notably any stadium you people can come up with, don't be afraid to ask and I will willingly add it) and one for photoshop (I'd use GIMP, but its a complex program for me to use, to be very honest). I almost forgot the mention that I will make the "Equestria World Cup 2014", or any other titles from your suggestions. Also, don't be afraid to bring fellow pony artists (or other artists with great skills) who are skilled and willing to do the work, from deviantART (not just from the forums itself)! If you have any questions or suggestions, please let me know. Ever since I got the tablet, I want to achieve this goal with your help and hope to succeed, so again, let me know if you need anything.

As I mentioned from the post, you can seek pony artists (or other skilled artists, though they don't have to be a brony just to do so) who are highly skilled through deviantART, and ask them if they are available to draw one of the teams.
