There are so many awesome and dynamic pokemon in these other generations but, I will always have a soft spot for the first generation.

Yup I Love to paint. I see a lot of people using computers and digital art which is always nice..but painting can be kinda theroputic.

I agree, its just one of many reasons why I love to do it.

I really hope that with time and study that I'll eventually get much better at it.

Thanks, I haven't been painting that long actually, Id say for about 2 to 3 months.

2-3 Months?! That's amazing work for only that long. I've been drawing for a few years and I find painting to be one of the hardest since the colors seem to form together and it's hard to fix mistakes. Post some more paintings when you done more please

The jump from drawing to painting is much more difficult through a traditional medium, which is why more often then not I paint digitally. Its less of a hassle when you need to fix a mistake or just when want to experiment with something. 

 

Truthfully, all of my painting usually start off as drawings.

 

But yeah, I'll defiantly post more.

I was actually thinking about making a thread dedicated to Pokemon paintings.
