Rex looted the entire camp, there was nothing as if they weren't planning on coming here? Or maybe they weren't planning on staying long? Rex had no clue but it was still strange, he walked over to Aaron who had his hands on a changelings neck. Rex signed and looked ahead to see the three mares soaking in green goop on the ground,'Yuck' Rex thought. He pulled a bottle of water from his backpack and poured on the mares faces, hoping to wake them up, and they did, they gasped for air as if they had been underwater for a long time.

The mares rudely awoke from their slumber. Gagging at the terrible taste in their mouths. They looked up to see their saviors. Tears of joy forming in their eyes. In sheer happiness and will power, they glomped the two in an affectionate hug. All of which were crying into them. Aaron got up, the mares sliding off, leaving a sticky green matter on his shirt. 

"Excellent, your unharmed. Come, your friends are waiting."
The small group made their way back to the camp site. Their they could pack their things and move from this place and into the forest to get to the town. They walked the whole way. Eventually, Rarity feigned tiredness and demanded to be carried. She wasn't expecting Siris to do it, but she was expecting her savior to do so. Aaron was on to her game the whole time and humored her a bit.

Rex looked over his shoulder and saw Aaron holding Rarity in his arms, he grinned a bit. Rex was soooooo bored, then he remembered he had brought something by accident on his adventure, his iPod! He pulled it out and went straight to his photos app, he had saved a bunch of photos from ifunny so that he could look at them later, Rainbow came from behind him and looked over his shoulders

"Woah what's that?" She questioned with an exiting tone

"An iPod touch"

"What's that"

"It's a pod containing many things to do that moves to your touch"

"What are you doing?"

"I'm looking at ifunny picks"

"Yeah"

"What's that"

"I'll show you" Rex looked through his iPod and pulled up a pic and showed it to Rainbow

"I don't get it" she replied

"Yeah most don't"

Rarity lifted her head up to see the strange device.

"I don't get it either."

Aaron looked up and saw it. He gave a smile at it, thinking it was rather humorous. Rarity leaned in close.

"So, my shining Knight. Care to tell me what I missed while I was incapacitated. "

"Siris fell into a coma and stabbed himself. He almost dies. Changeling you asked me an a date. And I believe changeling you gossiped a lot about something small."

"What?!"

"I know. Siris almost died. Didn't think it was possible."
"No no. Go back to the date thing. Did you agree to it. was this after you found that she was a changeling?"

"Well, I admit I was looking forward to it."

Rarity and Aaron talked th whole way and finally the whole group arrived at the camp site. Ready to get the hell out of there.

"Yeah I mean it's different, cause you ain't from earth, you don't know the stupid things we make fun of"

"I guess so, I mean some of them I got but it wasn't that funny, what's that one who was crying and it made a joke about tissues?"

Rex blushed, "That's a forever alone meme, he makes jokes about being alone, and the tissues" Rex looked to Aaron for help,

Aaron looked to the two. This was going to get awkward real fast.

"Look Dash. When a man gets lonely enough... How do I put this... Human males, uh"

"Well, spit it out. What is the significance of the joke and the tissues."

Nervously darting around, Aaron began to whisper something into Rarities ear."

"Oh, darling that's perfectly natural. Dash, the tissues are for self pleasure. They do it to relieve their built up pressure, if you catch my meaning. I'm guessing the males in your world have to put in the effort to court the females."

"Yeah, that's correct. Usually males can go their whole lives without finding a mate."

"Such a shame."

The camp site was packed and ready to get moving. Siris looked like he was healed so they could get moving before night falls again.

After Rex had his laughing attack on the road after Rarity explained the "tissue joke", he still didn't understand how Rarity could have possibly understood that, but Rex didn't question it. He finished his laughing attack after 10 minutes, his sides hurt all they back and had hiccups as well. Rainbow Dash was silent the entire way back with her eyes wide, this made Rex laugh a bit more but for not as long. He assumed she was astonished in a bad way, he felt bad for her, but she had to learn some time. Rex packed his things and walked over to Aaron, "I'm glad Rainbow didn't ask about the other folder of pictures I had if you know what I mean". Rex looked around making sure no one was around.

"I highly doubt she would be interested in the human mating process. Unless she's into that kind of thing, but who knows."

The group walked through the thick woods for what seemed like hours. Not knowing if they were getting closer to their destination. But in the distance of the dark forest. Pinkie saw a flicker of light.

"Guys, look."
They all shifted to look in the direction of the pink mare. There was indeed a light. A bright one at that. They quickly made their way to it. Upon arrival they found a quaint little village. In it they found camps tents and ponies of all kinds around. They were refugees of the tyrant king. For once, they could rest with ease.

"Refugees, that surprises me they keep a tight collar on everyone hear it seems". They could all see the bustling ponies down there, most with sad faces. "What do you think? Do we stay here for a while?" Rex asked, he had no interest in staying at a town controlled by a evil monarch but if the others wanted to rest a bit then why not?

[Mr. Critical 434]

"I don't know. We could go scout it out first. See if its safe. Really safe."
Aaron turned back to the ponies. They were tired and exhausted. Maybe they could wait before going down.

"Alright. We could either go down there and scout it out, but we may cause a bit of a panic. Or we could send one or two of them and ease them to our presence. If all else fails. I guess we move on. What do you want to do?"

"Honestly it doesn't matter to me it's whoever wants to stay here". Rex looked at the six mares, "What do you think ladies? Do you wanna chill out here for a little but or continue walking?" They all raised there hooves except for Rainbow

(Rainbow Dash)"Seriously?"

"It's settled then, we're staying in this town for a little while. How do you wanna approach this Aaron?"

Aaron began to survey the area. Thinking of how to approach this.
"Well. I guess we could just walk up to the front door and see what the situation is. It may not be the best of plans, but by the looks of their weapons, they are pretty standard. No guns as far as I can tell. If things get hairy, we could think of something else. I do have one fall back plans if things get need to come to a way to prove our selves."

"Alright whatever, that looks like the sign for a hotel? Inn? Something like that" Tex walked through the town to a small building that had eBay seemed like rows of rooms in the back,

(Clerk)"Hello how may...."

"Yeah hello, I'd like to get about eh? Three rooms?" Rex said with a shrug

The clerk stared weirdly at Aaron and Rex while handing them three keys, she directed then outside to the rooms, 67, 68, 69.

Rex put the first key in and open the door , it smelt nice, two bed with an awesome chair that folded out into another miniature bed

"Holly crap.....that chair bed is mine.... You can decide amongst yourselves who gets the other rooms" Rex dropped the keys into Aaron's hand

(Rainbow Dash)"Hey Siris you mind if I bunk with yah?"

"Not at all come on in"

Aaron had the keys now.

"Well. That's one room and two tenants. Who wants what room?

Twilight, Pinkie and Applejack took one key. Leaving Aaron, Rarity and Fluttershy. They entered their room and looked it over.

"Ah, it feels so good to be in a bed once again. Aaron, Fluttershy, come and join me."

They might as well humor her.

(Rainbow Dash)"This room is pretty shwanky"

Rex has already moved into the chair bed, "This thing is so comfortable,we have these where I come from too, I've always wanted to but one but I've never had the money too, never really known where to search either"

(Rainbow Dash)"It's so small though, how could you possibly feel comfortable in that?"

"I fit perfectly in here......Is there a remote here?" Rex looked through the compartments for the remote before he stumbled upon some weird box, "What is this thing?"

Rainbow Dash came over and looked at it, "Oh that's a mechanical things to play games on"

"What? This thing? Rex started looking around some more to find somewhat of a game

(Rainbow Dash)"Oohh, Havoc is an awesome game, it's like a shooting game"

Rex inserts the disk in the small drive and hooked up what he thought were controllers, it looked like different controllers were made for different types of ponies

"Rex picked up what looked like an earth pony controller, you'll have to teach me how to play though" Rainbow shrugged

Aaron and Fluttershy were lying on the bed, enjoying the fell with Rarity. Aaron looked up and saw something he didn't expect.

"Hey Rarity, look."

Aaron looked up and found something that made her face beam. A shower.

"Be my guest. Ladies first."

She got up and trotted to the door. Leaving Aaron with Fluttershy.

"These controls are so weird..."

"You should try a different controller"

"What for like a Pegasus"

Rainbow shrugged and continues to kill the enemies on screen, Rex however was having a fairly hard time

Rex just couldn't figure out pressing the trigger button and aim button at the same time, these controllers were made for hooves, wings, and magic, Rex possessed none of these, "Rainbow I don't understand how your so good at this game"

(Rainbow Dash)"I don't know either, practice I guess?"

As rarity bathed, Aaron and Fluttershy rested on the bed, Fluttershy sat up.

"Um, A-Aaron?"

"Yeah."

"C-Could you um... do me a favor."

"Sure. What do you need?"
"You see, I have a love of animals, and I've never seen you species before. And since were in a safe place now. Could I, maybe... examine you."

Aaron began to contemplate what she wanted. As long as it was scientific, he didn't mind.

"Sure. I don't see why not.

"Great. Now, take off your clothes."

"... what?"
I can't get a good examination if you're wearying your clothes."

"What do you think everyone else is doing?"

"Probably stupid stuff, talking about like, where were going, interests stuff like that"

"You don't care much for knowing peoples interests?

"Not that I don't care, it's just I don't have a lot in common with them"

"What so you mean?"

"Well I'm athletic, I like flying, running, stunts, and relaxing, the only one who remotely follows those traits are Applejack"

"Applejack seems pretty cool"

"She is, she's always caught up in her apple orchids"

"Applejack has an apple orchid?"

"Oh hell yeah! She takes real good care of it, supplies our whole town with apples"

"Talk about endurance"

"Yup, I'm bored"

"Yeah me too, wanna go look around? Sure"

Fluttershy began poking and prodding at Aaron's various muscles and his bone structure.

"Goodness. This is fascinating."
"Yeah. How so?"
"Well, from what I've gathered, your muscles are a lot denser but less tender as a normal pony. Your leg muscles seem to be thicker."

"Probably because I do a lot of walking."

"I see."

She went back to poking around and feeling around him. His spine, torso, an hands. She was leaving nothing un examined. Almost everything, but Aaron told her he had boundary issues.

"Hey, Aaron. Why do you where clothes all the time?"

"My species uses them to keep warm and to cover our bodies."

"Why not walk around without them when its hot?"

"Public nudity is illegal where I come from."

"It isn't here."

"And my physiology shows off some... sensitive material."

She didn't quite catch that.

"... my reproductive organ, Fluttershy."
She seemed to understand that and gave a deep red blush. The door opened to show a cloud of steam and Rarity covered in towels.

"Who's next?"

Rex walked over to the room Aaron was in, knocking on he door he then let himself in, to his surprise Fluttershy was examining Aaron without his clothes on, Rex looked for a second, then fell on the ground laughing, he just couldn't help himself, Rainbow Dash was on in the ground laughing as well, Aaron, Rarity, and Fluttershy looking at them both

"What are they laughing at?"

"I honestly have no idea. Fluttershy, go on ahead and take the shower next. I can wait."

Fluttershy did so. Aaron got up to face the hysterical pony and human laughing. Rarity joined him

"Might I inquire the joke of which that has you both in stitches?"

"Yes. I'd like to know what's so funny as well?"

Rainbow Dash stood up first, "She's examining you while your half naked? Come on you got to see it from our perspective"

Rex was still on the ground holding his stomach and tears in his eyes, he slowly got up and took a few breathes in and out, "Ok..... Ok, I just came here to say, that Rainbow and I, are going to check this hotel out a little bit so if you don't see us next door that's what were doing, anyway umm.... Enjoy your selves? I guess? We'll catch you later"

(Rainbow Dash)"Yeah cya laterz"

The two left and went on their way.

"She does know she's naked as well"

"She knows, but you are half naked and for you its uncommon for you to be out of clothes. Speaking of which, why are you naked?"

Aaron began walking to the bed.

"Because. Fluttershy wanted to look over human physiology and I gave her the opportunity to. She was quite happy to look me over."

"You didn't let her examine all of you, right?"

"Of course not. I have personal space issues Rares."

"Rares?"

"Oh, sorry. Did you not like that."

"No no, its fine. I actually quite like it."

Rarity sat on her bed, her mane was falling to the floor.

"How?"

"Well in your world, clothes is one thing that is needed to talk with other people, in our world it really doesn't matter"

"Seems legit I guess, honestly I would ask about the how babies are born but I don't wanna hear it"

"This place has a pool"

"Really? I'm not much of a swimmer, but I always like to be in the water"
