Not someone who runs round starting riots, I just don't believe that government can work. Now I'm not saying that we should stop giving money to troops over sea, just give less to the military here. I don't think we need new weapons developed. "here's a big missile that can kill 1000 people! Give us a billion dollars and we can make it kill 10000!". I think that a big statue of celestial would be much better then any more blood shed. besides, a statue can't cost more than a million bucks, and as for gold, I could go to lowes and pick up 5 cans of gold spray paint for $3 each. I really don't see a problem with the statue. Thats such a small number. also i think we should get back to the topic at hand. I'm conflicted. on one hand this doesn't guarantee action but a response from the administration,and could lead to media spotlight. in the past the brony community has been ridiculed by the media and painted in a bad light. But i feel we are much better represented now than we were when fox news started on its usual hate train. 2. it WILL be vandalized. even if its not pure gold its still will be vandalized for the statement alone. whats your opinion. personally i have signed it sheerly because i am interested in the outcome. perhaps the only reason the petition was made was to troll the administration. So i suppose we have largely opposing ideas....like you said that the milatary isnt a waste...well......lets just say back in the day the House of unamerican activities would lock me up as long as they could, i personally think the wars in the middle east were,pointless. not to say i don't appreciate what our soldiers have done in those wars its just that the war itself was,and is pointless.
