HeroSparks 232 February 4, 2014 Share February 4, 2014 So, yesterday I decided I'd take a small road trip up to the nearest city to run around and take a break from everything. I bronied up and got my Dr. Whooves shirt on with my Derpy beanie and belt and not gonna lie, I felt a little self conscious because it is Montana so it's pretty conservative. Anyways, I was walking around a store when walking towards me down the aisle was a boy, probably about 12 or 13, with his mom. He looked at me and just got this huge grin on his face and after he passed I heard him say to his mom "that guy likes My Little Pony too." Instantly just made my day. Not only did I not feel self conscious anymore it also made me realize that if any other kids like the show and see me being confident about it, it also helps them feel more confident in themselves about liking it. Anypony else have a story like this that they'd like to share? 5 When the mob and the press and the whole world tell you to move, your job is to plant yourself like a tree next to the river of truth, and tell the whole world"No, you move." mike_echo5276 49 February 5, 2014 Share February 5, 2014 That is a fantastic story. I have a few shirts from we love fine, but I usually wear them under something warmer. Maybe I'll take a cue from you, and be a little more open with my love for the show.
