Exactly! A lot of people do that which is surprising at first, but we see why they do it for no reason.

These reviews you're referring to are categorized by fic writers as "unconstructive reviews," or simply, troll.

On the other hand, those reviews like "good job" and "keep it up" and "good story" are welcomed, but unfortunately unconstructive as well.

 

A fic write who know what he/she is doing would ignore these reviews and focus on the ones that are actually detailed and constructive, such as, complements aside, giving helpful suggestions and feed backs.
