Swiggly stood up and limped his way into the building. Once inside Swiggly pulled out pebbles of concrete embedded into his flesh. Once again Swiggly only gave a flinch in reaction to the pain.Swiggly took the situation more personally and put his swords back into their hostlers.

 

"I gave him less credit than deserved"

 

Swiggly knew the pony was above him on another floor. Swiggly was indoors now, a closed environment gives Swiggly an advantage.

Sapphire smiled as the rock tumbled, it would give the pony under her an idea that she was running on the top, but insted she was running under, making sure that she had no sound. She then chucked another rock, it doing to same, exept the other way as she grabed her rifle

Times knew what Sapphire was doing. Times made his way downstairs. He limped and grabbed his sword. He found a corner and sat down in it. He knew that if he tried to walk out in the open it would be his death wish. Times readied his sword and waited for the pony to strike. He knew is armor would protect him from Swiggly's first few attacks but it would last long because of the damage it has already taken. "Come at me..." Times said knowing that the pony was in the other room.

"Come at you?, you're either very stupid or very brave. But stupid or brave, you'll still be dead"

Swiggly's element of stealth was will in play, a shadow hiding among shadows. Swiggly shifted into an air duct into the next room.

 

"From where you're standing you cant see me, but from where I'm hiding I can see you"

A light chuck echoed the room.

 

"Find me, before I get bored"

Times chuckled "I'm kinda both.... and your either underestimating my skills or overestimating your own... but either way I applaud your bravery... I will be happy to mention that at your funeral" Times said with a smirk. He held is sword in front of him and smiled.

Swiggly stood out from the shadows and tossed his swords down.  

"A dan five black ranked fighter can easily take down an amateur swordsman"

Swiggly smirked as his horn lit up. The door behind Times slammed shut and locked itself, as soon as the door slammed shut the room was in darkness.

 

Swiggly shoved Times and swung a full powered round house, and used his telekinesis to add force to the kick.

Times slid from the kick and chuckled and it turned into a laugh "Who said I'm a amateur... I have dealt with threats like you.. I don't care if I'm badly wounded... I don't need my wings to win... I don't need my eyes to win" Times pointed his sword into the darkness and it gave off a faint yellow glow. Showing that it was enchanted. Times pulled out a small black ball and threw it into the middle of the room. "Tick... Tick... Boom!" Times quickly shot the ball and it detonated. It blew a hole in the wall letting in some light. Times ran at Swiggly and swung with all his might for his leg.

"your enchantment is primitive, I've seen good luck charms with better magic bound to them"

Swiggly raised his hoof to avoid the incoming blade, the hoof came down in a stomp and pinned the sword down.

"Without wings or eyes?, you are boastful aren't you?"

 

Swiggly reared back his foreleg and swung it into Time's throat.

 

"Trouble breathing?, its hard to breathe with a collapsed windpipe" 

Swiggly levitated restraints from his saddlebag.

"Now, arrest or die?"

Sapphire was slowly using her magic to unlock the door, just as she did, she kicked it in and aimed at swiggly "Well well well, what do we have here?" She said as she looked down through the scope "Ugh, Do I have to ask you another time? Arrest or die?" She said with a smirk

Times pulled out another flintlock and shot the restraints breaking them. "Does that give you your answer..." Times said. The Kick to the throat didn't effect him much, he was use to it. Times pointed the sword at him. "Ready to see what this enchantment is...." The glow of the sword at brighter and Times then looked at Sapphire. "Look who is here..." Times smiled and freed his sword from Swiggly and kicked Swiggly to the ground. Times put his sword to his throat. "I have broken bones and I still got you on the ground...."

"Oi! Mutineers!" Frost King yelled, getting the attention of the rebels. "What do you want? Get lost!" One pegasus rebel snarled, threatening with a Molotov.

 

"Okay, correction," Frost  lifted his musket, aiming directly at the pegasus "Drop your shit, get on the ground or get ready to taste steel."

The rebels quickly dropped their gear, dropping to the ground. "I expected more... well, rebelling" Frost thought, taking out rope to tie the rebels together.

 

Frost then looked up, hearing commotion come from a nearby building. "Okay, here's your chance to scram and never come back. Vamoose!" Frost shouted at the rebels, which quickly took off. Frost looked up at the building seeing movement upstairs, then went inside.

"Heh, you've got backup, how cute"

Swiggly didn't bother to get up, he lay there and levitated his swords back onto his belt. 

"Scum, your loyalties prove to only destroy your nation. Same along with Celestia's"

Swiggly sat back up on his rear "I guess you've won this fight" Swiggly stretched his front hooves as his joints cracked.

"Buck this" Swiggly ran up onto Time's shoulders and boosted through the hole in the ceiling.

 

"Well, at least my team got the objectives"

 

In the distance green flares were falling above the Train station.

"Oh no you don't!" Times said before jumping and pulling himself up. "We want to bring equality to this nation, and this fight is not over... but run.... our paths will cross again." Times said before sheath his sword. Times jumped back down the hole. His legs were numb so he couldn't feel the pain.

Frost King heard shouting upstairs, then a fall to the ground. He took his musket, aiming towards the ceiling. "Okay, walk downstairs nice and quietly and no pony gets hurt!" Frost yelled, making sure he was keeping an eye towards the stairs. "If you need medical assistance, then crawl downstairs instead."

Sapphire snorted as she looked down the stares "Oh please, you have no idea who your messing with. I would like to say the same to you, put your hands up and walk over here" She said as she glanced over at times "Hey times, are you doing OK?" She asked him with a sigh

Frost King nearly snapped, his anger getting the better of him."Why you little- I DON'T CARE! either get down here right now, or your injured friend gets it!" He yelled in fury, pointing his musket to where he heard the thump before, certain of the pony's location.

 

"If your pride is more important then your friend, then by all means stay up there!" Frost began to fume, almost ready to shoot upstairs regardless who they are.

"I'm fine...." Times walked to the stairs and yelled to the pony downstairs  "How about we all put our guns down and you come up to us. Nopony gets hurt, got it!" Times looked at Sapphire and told her to lower her weapon. Times waited for a response but kept his hoof on his last flintlock

"And how exactly do we both keep our promise?" Frost asked, wondering how truthful the ponies upstairs were. "How do I know you won't stab me in the back?"  

 

Frost King wasn't buying what they wanted, knowing fighting two ponies off on even ground was a hard enough ordeal, even if one of them was hurt.

Times pulled out his flintlock and tossed it down the stairs. The flintlock hit the floor and the barrel pointed at the stairs. Times walked to the corner of the room and stabbed his sword into the wood floor. The blade came out the other side. Times walked back to the stairs.

Lone observed this fight from a rooftop and wouder if should interfere or not.

"No, they are innocent",he thought,"If they is even ammount of bloodshe that when I interfere."

"I wouder who that is?", he said queitly

He continued and to see if this pony would be worthy of his intrest

Frost saw the blade and the flintlock, and the sword stabbed through the ceiling. Frost reluctantly dropped his gun loudly, making sure it was heard upstairs. He then thought as a precaution, he used a spell and took the sword that was stuck in the ceiling. He then put both his sword and the other pony's sword to the side.

 

"Okay, coming up. Everypony as far away from the door and no threatening movements, or I will take action." Frost King began ascending the stairs slowly, cautiously ready to meet whoever was upstairs.

Sapphire sat down next to the wall, looking down at the rifle in her hand. She sighed and shook her head, before making sure her rifle was loaded and looking up at frost king "Why hello there"

 

Embers glanced over at twilight "So uh, twilight, What are you doing here?"

"when you get up here you better give me my sword back... " Times said before stepping back from the stairs. He was ready to take action even though he was disarmed. Times still got in a defensive stance and had a trick up his sleeve if it came to that. Times looked at Sapphire.

Frost King got upstairs to see two ponies, in Lunar armor and one still with a rifle. "So we have Lunar forces in Fillydelphia. Isn't that swell" Frost gave a sly smile while speaking to the two, then walked into the room rather smugly. He then looked at the brown-like pony, then raised his eyebrows.

 

"It's only fair if we all play along" He nodded towards the gun.

Times looked at Frost "You know their are Lunars in Fillydelphia, don't play dumb... We owned the city since the beginning of the war. The only reason Celestials are being shot on sight is because both of us are having the same problems... Rebels." Times said and holding out his hoof "My sword please... Don't worry, I'm a Stallion of my word..."
