gaming Outlast on PS4

So I just beat outlast on normal.

 

It was a very good game but I tried insane but I keep dying and having to start all over.

 

I can get past the administration block on insane the first time but end up dying because of the little piggy guy or the two naked brothers.

 

Anyone know a easy way to complete insane difficulty because I am running out of ideas?
