Atlas had been eavesdropping after he had left the former guard to his alcohol.

"What is wrong with you ponies! You're all drinking and moping around like this is your last day! Get yourselves together and we may just get out of here!" He shouted as loud as he could. He walked over to the electric pony.

"They probably are out for you. Once we get out and if that pony escapes I can hide you. Somepony with his money could hunt you down easy. If you want I can get you somewhere safe. I can put you in a small town in the country or behind the stone walls of a Griffon castle. The offer is up and it's the least I could do for nearly killing you or more the thing in me kill you. And that won't happen again. The spirit has to build up it's strength before it'll try again and that will take a month with how hard it tried today"

"You know what? He's right!" Sun takes one last swig of his cider and turns around.

"We need to work together, criminal and guard, cat and dog, friend and enemy. Nopony is different in here, and each of our fates is shared with our peers." Sun places his helmet on and stands up.

"Let's do this, work together and we will get out of here! OOH RAH!"

"Ponies call me Thunder Dash, or Thunder for short." Thunder stated.

 

He then turned to Atlas. "Oh...it's you. I don't know if I can trust you just yet, but, if what you say is true, then I will. I hope you can keep that evil side of you away for as long as you can help me." Thunder said to Atlas.

Shining Midnight smirked as he looked to the group of ponies forming next to the bar. "Little do they know..." He said as his horn glowed, and then he disappeared.

Spirit Watcher had already recovered from her dizzy-ness and had turned invisble, she suddenly saw Shining more clearly. "Good thing only we can hear each other in this form." She said as she laughed.

Shining smiled "Indeed. Alright, now for a plan. I need you to go to the roof of the room and find any weakspots, or at least the weakest spot there. Once found, mark it. I don't care how, just some obvious marking on it."

Spirit nodded and flew to the ceiling. She knocked on various parts of the ceiling, and found what sounded like a hollow space, slightly wider than a single pony. She scraped her hoof on it, clearly marking the corners. She then flew back down "Done."

Shining looked up and spotted the markings. "Perfect size." He said as he aimed his horn and shot a red-orb-looking-glowy-thing at it, and when it hit the ceiling, it exploded.

The hole was clearly there now, and Spirit flew through it, trying to find a way out of the mansion. She didn't. What she found was yet another very large room, but it was dark. She flew back to the main ballroom and landed next to Shining. "I need to borrow your goggles. Very dark."

Shining tossed her his glasses, she put them on, and flew back into the dark room. She turned on the night vision and cleary saw many artifacts and bookshelves. "Hmm..." She flew around looking for another exit, but turned on X-Ray vision this time. She found a lever and pulled it, opening up a secret door. She flew through that and continued on through some hallways. In yet another large opening, which was also quite dark, she turned on night vision again, and saw Escapade and the butler chatting and looking at some sort of artifact. She landed behind them (10 feet away form them) and faded into view. "What are you planning to do now, hmm? Going to use another artifact to, take someponies powers? Or... Strengthen your own? What you don't realize is that once I enable my true powers, nothing could see me, not even Infrared or X-Ray. And when you can't see me, you wont be able to block me. And when you can't block me, you die. Sure, I wont know the way out, but since I wont have to, it's kind of mute, eh? So, tell me what you're planning, or get ready to feel a great amount of pain."

Vision raised her voice "Okay so now there is trust, now how the buck do we get out of here? Seems like the sealed up from all the angles I could see yet that pony owner seemed to find his way in and out pretty easily. Any pony see a level or switch?" She put a hoof on the closest wall to her and tapped on it to see if it was hollow, nothing..

Escapade couldn't help but grin and wasn't surprised "Thought you'd end up here sooner or later, I was beginning to doubt your abilities. So your going to kill me? Is that what your getting at.... Spirit? That right? I was never into the riddles" He placed the artifact he was levitating down. Looking to Spirit "I guess your just going to kill me and my friend here" Motioning to his butler "Let me tell you one last thing before I pass on, you ever hear the saying the mind is the most powerful tool?" He smiled evilly "Have you really found me Spirit? Or have you found nothing?" The butler began to join Escapade in his evil smiling.

Thunder gathered some electricity and made his body light up, but not too brightly. He saw that there was no door. However, he saw something small that looked like a path. "Psst, I think I may have found something here." He said in a soft voice.

"We could go the way I came in. From there it leads to a hallway" Atlas suggested as he be brushed dirt of his suit with his wings from him being on the floor only to have it get on his white feathers and coat. 

"And I need to get my knife back. That thing isn't cheap"

"Okay." Thunder stated as he took the path the pegasus told him to. "And I'll be sure to find your knife." Thunder added as he continued to crawl in the tiny space with his body lit up by his electrical abilities. "At least Atlas can control his dark side. I just hope he won't betray us." Thunder thought to himself.

Spirit growled. She faded into the spirit world, but didn't see the two ponies' spirits. She faded back into the normal world. "Ok. So you're some kind of hollogram. Fair enough. I could still easily find you. Do you realize what these goggles can do? And if I truly fade out of the real world, not even Celestia would see me coming." She said as she looks around, looking through the walls and many layers of random bricks.

Night Vision was placing her last piece of armor on herself as the two Pegasi made a decision "Atlas right?" she asked Atlas as Thunder's glow was fading slowly in the tiny crawlspace. "I don't know if you have sentimental value for your knife but in all honestly I would just like to get out of here, better yet apprehend that Escapade if possible. I'm going to be following Thunder, you can come if you want but I assure you, one more outbreak like the one before and your just as fair game as Escapade to arrest." She said flapping her wings a couple times before folding them back in. She then crouched down and following Thunder down the small crawlspace.

 

Spacer decided to stop fake sleeping and turned around to the ponies crouching into a hole and quickly trotted up to them "Is this the only way out?? This is some messed up place and I don't want nothing more to do with it" he exclaimed in a nervous voice.

 

(OCC: Let me know if I am being op with this, just trying to give obstacles to our characters unless you guys wanna create your own then ignore this lol)

At the end of the tunnel the ponies would discover there was a pit filled with spikes. There wasn't enough space to extend wings out to fly and the gap was to long to jump. There was a lever just before the pit and also a pressure plate with a symbol of a griffon.

Escapade and the Butler looked at each other and walked towards Spirit making a circle path around her "For all you know we could be all the way across Equestria....but are we? That is the question" Escapade stated riddling Spirit with more mind games "It's a shame to see one struggle" Escapade's horn began to glow as several artifacts from the shelves lifted off. "If you truly knew who I was you would not be here in this very room Spirit" The butler then faded out of existence leaving Spirit and Escapade alone.

Spirit Watcher had a very irritatted look on her face. She was really close to just fade out completely and fly all the way around Equestria and find this Escapade character, and kill him. "You know Escapade, if you knew me, you'd know I'm not actually here either. I'm never anywhere. I'm permanently half here, half in the spirit world. But perhaps you'd like to tell me where you are, so we can actually talk. Because I don't really wanna be your enemy, I wanna join you in what you're doing. Your mind games are really starting to irritate me, and you have two choices. Let us talk FACE TO FACE, or I will simply find you and kill you." She says as she flaps her wings and flies up next to the hole she came in through. "Just keep in mind, the last 46 ponies that had a grudge against me thought they could hide, and now they're all dead. You can't hide from me, nopony can." And then she took off back to the ballroom.

Sun was about to enter the tunnel, but quickly stopped, and went back.

"It's dangerous to leave anypony here. I'll stay here and watch over the unconscious and general public."

Sun looked around, and saw a room filled with ponies, completely out cold. All he could see conscious was Bella, and he could see that Spacer had been awake the whole time. Not that that mattered anymore, he seemed intent on escaping.

Thunder kept on crawling. He could see something up ahead, and made it out to be a small trap. He gasped. "Wait guys, stop. This tunnel leads straight into some sort of...of...trap." Thunder stated as he turned to face the group. "There's gotta be another way..." Thunder thought to himself.

"It won't happen again" Atlas followed the two into the tiny space. Thunder came to a stop.

"What's the hold up?... A trap you say? Give me the details. If it has anything to do with Griffons or old pony history then I might be able to work with it" He shouted ahead. His suit was covered in dirt by now but he didn't care. He'd been in worse spots.

 As Spirit left, Escapade started to fade but before he completely dissipated he gave an evil-like laugh that echoed through the whole mansion. Escapade was a corrupt unicorn, plagued by the findings he has discovered being an explorer. He use to be very popular amongst Manehatten for his findings but artifact after artifact his mind transformed from the friendly explorer every pony knew to a cold isolated pony living on the outskirts of Manehatten in his mansion. After his butler died years ago, Escapade grew tired of having no pony around to notice his work and sent a letter to the mayor of Manehatten stating that his mansion would be the perfect location for an event......

 

The room that Escapade was in grew silent.  He was gone from existence for now....

Spacer noticed most of the other ponies still knocked out cold and rubbed his head confused as to if this was really happening or if it was a bad dream.

Vision noticed that Thunder halted "What does it look like? Anyway around it?" She asked as she went ahead and laid down to rest her legs from crouching. "Atlas says he'd might know something about it."

Thunder moved touched all around the area to see if his arms would go to the left or to the right. He leaned the left almost falling over. "Hey! I found an alternative. And it looks like a deathtrap if we keep on going forward  So, let's take left." Thunder stated as he gathered some electricity and made the light from his body shine a little brighter.
