Dark nodded. "I agree. It would be to dangerous for them to come with us. The heat from the flames alone would sear their skin.

 

Tempest smiled as he and Gale hovered in the air above the village. The two hid behind a cloud as Tempest assessed the situation. "From what I can tell, Celestia is back from her hunt. This could prove interesting." He said.

 

Gale nodded. "Should I come with you?" She asked, slightly nervous. The dragoness didn't like leaving Tempest's side, and despised most of the ponies that had yet to realize what was in the skies above them.

 

The cyan pegesus shook his head. "I'll be fine. If push comes to shove, you know what to do." He said, as he dove through the cloud and towards the ground. By the time he had landed, a circle of ponies had already formed around him. At the front of the group, he noticed Celestia and Luna. He expected the looks of contempt and hatred they gave him, and wasn't scared. "I'm here to make a deal." He said.

Orion nodded, as he noticed a small island in the distance. "Will that do?" He asked, motioning to the chunk of land. "It doesn't seem to dangerous."

 

Clayton nodded slightly, and sighed. "I hope they're safe. Technically, they're the one's that started all of this." He said.

Celestia was slightly surprised by Tempest's tone, and sighed. "Where's the Night Fury?" She asked.

 

Tempest smirked, and trotted towards Celestia, making a few of the ponies tense. He stopped two feet from the chief. "She's around here somewhere, but that isn't the matter at hand, is it?" He asked, a twinge of impatience in his voice. "Now then, let's get down to business.I want you to let the others come back with their dragons. If you do, I'll lead you to the dragon's nest." He said, causing most of the ponies to either laugh or whisper in disbelief.

 

Celestia was taken aback by this. "You know where the nest is?" She asked, before remember why the cyan pegesus had come here. After a few more minutes of thought, the chief nodded. "You have a deal." She said, before turning to the rest of the village."Ready the ships. We set sail for Helheim's gate." This caused most of the ponies to cheer in approval. It didn't take long for them to begin loading all of the weapons on Equestria into the village's entire fleet.

 

Gale sighed, as she watched Tempest trot onto the flagship. "Please, be careful." She thought. The dragoness would follow the ships, and make sure nothing went wrong.

(As soon as Tempest is at the island, it's fair game.)

"Yea that looks good but i feel Tempest is back at the village and or at our not that hidden cove  Tenebra said

 

"Yea i hope they are though i almost want to go back to the village and tell Celestia or Luna that dragons aren't bad at all hmm maybe we can do that" Ruby said.

Orion glanced at Tenebra. "What would make you think that?" He asked. "You don't suppose that they might show the other ponies where the nest is, do you?"

 

Clayton nodded. "They'll see soon enough." He said. "Let's just hope that those to manage to stay out of trouble long enough for us to find them."

Tempest sighed as the ships left Equestria, and headed for the nest. It didn't take long for them to reach the mist that surrounded the nest, and that was when Tempest lost control of his body. "Bring them to me," A voice in his head said." So that I may burn each and every one of you to a crisp." The cyan pegesus then stood at the front of the flagship. The ships then sailed into the fog.

 

Gale was slightly worried when the ships sailed through the fog. She didn't know what to expect, and had to hold herself back from diving onto the lead ship and getting Tempest out of there.

"Well the queen lives in the nest so i wouldn't really care since the dragons there serve her " Tenebra said.

 

Ruby sighed "yea hopefully they don't cause trouble i really don't want to see Gale in a cage"

The flagship lurched forward and came to an abrupt halt on the southern beach of the island. Tempest glanced at Celestia, and nodded. "My job here is done." He said, as he flew into the air. He noticed Gale, as he came out through the clouds. "Now, we wait."

 

Gale nodded, as Tempest hovered in the air next to her. "Are you sure about this?" She asked. "They have no idea what they're getting themselves into."

 

The cyan pegesus nodded. "If things go south, we'll intervene." He said.

 

Celestia sighed, as the other ships beached next to the flagship. It didn't take long for ponies to begin setting up catapults and grabbing their weapons.

Clayton smiled slightly, and nodded. "I doubt Tempest would let that happen. He cares about that dragoness to much." He said.

 

Orion nodded, as he landed on the island. Something didn't seem right to him, but he didn't know what. "At least we have a place to come to, if the ponies aren't convinced that dragons aren't evil." He thought.

Tenebra landed next to Orion and looked around the island for any threats.

 

Ruby jumped off Orion "hey least we have a safe place to stay in but i still want to go back to the village and knock some sense into Celestia and Luna and tell them dragons aren't evil"

Clayton nodded slightly. "I agree. We're still needed back in Equestria, whether they want to admit it or not." He said, as he glanced out into the ocean.

 

Orion sighed, as he sat on the beach. "This seems like a safe spot to rest." He said, as he laid his head on the warm sand.

Celestia sighed, as she watched the other ponies work. "This is strange. Why aren't there any dragons." She thought, glancing at the sky.

 

Luna sighed, as she trotted up behind Celestia. "So, what's the plan for this?" She asked, motioning to the mountain.

 

The chief turned her attention to her second in command. "We storm in there and kill the dragons. Simple as that." She said.

 

Luna nodded slightly, and trotted back to the ships. She would be ready for anything that came out of that mountain.

Clayton glanced at Ruby, and smiled slightly. "When do you think we should head back?" He asked, as he laid on Orion's back.

 

Orion sighed. He then realized something that he had never considered before. "We have to go back." He said, turning to face Temebra and Dark. "Temepst and Gale won't be able to hold Jourmador for long, even if they did go back to the village for help." The dragon then stood up abruptly, and readied himself for takeoff.

It hadn't taken long to get the catapults set up. Celestia looked at the mountain side, and realized something. "When that mountain breaks, all Hel's going to break loose." She thought, before signaling for the ponies manning the catapults to fire. The boulders slammed into the rock wall, making a large portion of it collapse. Celestia climbed onto the top of the rubble, and motioned for another shot. When the flaming boulder entered the exposed cave, it revealed hundreds, maybe even thousands, of dragons.

 

After a few seconds, every dragon in the mountain flew into the air, and away from the island. "Run. Run while you still can." They roared.

 

Tempest sighed, as he watched the dragons fly away. "So it begins." He said.

 

Jourmador felt something warm hit one of her wings, and she noticed a hole had been made. "So it begins." She growled, before releaseing a loud roar that pushed a few of the boats back. The oversized dragon then began to climb out of the mountain, and made a large portion of the mountain fall when she exited the nest. Ponies scrambled away from her, as she let out a large plume of fire. The flames made contact with most of the boats, and set them on fire almost immediately.

 

Dark's ears twitched and she looked in the direction of the nest. "Did you two hear that?" She asked.

Ruby's ears perk up she then flied onto Orions back "hey lets go to the source of that roar this should be fun" Ruby then grinned.

 

Tenebra spreaded her wings and took the air "quick we have to find Gale and Tempest if their at the nest their in trouble lets go"

Dark nodded, and flew into the air. She wasn't about to let the two who had started all of this die.

 

Gale glanced at Tempest. "Should we help them?" She asked, already seeing a twinge of anger in Tempest's eyes.

 

The cyan pegesus smirked, and nodded. "I think it's about that time." He said, before he got onto Gale's back. The dragoness then dove through the clouds, directly towards the fight.

 

Celestia was dumbfounded when a dragon as large as a mountain rose from the ground. The catapults had done nothing to it, aside from make it angry. The ships were on fire, and ponies ran for their lives. "Get the others to the far side of the island." He said to a random pony, before turning towards Luna. "Go with them."

 

Luna smirked slightly. "I think I'll stick around, in case you feel like doing something crazy." She said.

 

The chief sighed, and looked at the dragon. "I can buy them some time if I give that thing something to hunt." She said, before Luna grabbed her wrist.

 

"I can double that time." She said, making the chief smile. The two then ran at Jourmador, flailing their arms. "Come on, fight me." They yelled. Celestia then picked up a axe, and flung it at Jourmador. The weapon simply bounced off of the dragons thick head.

 

Jourmador laughed at the pony's futile attempt to injure her. "You will all burn." She roared, before a large blast of energy hit her in the back of the head. "What!?" The dragon queen then looked to the skies to see Gale and Tempest coming straight at her. The dragoness then roared and snapped at the two.

 

Celestia was surprised, to say the least. Not only was Tempest riding a Night Fury, but he had also come back for them.

 

Tempest laughed, as Gale flew past the dragon queen's maw. "Come on. Is that all you go?" He yelled, before Gale turned and shot a ball of plasma at one of Jourmador's leg.

Orion stood up, and flew into the air. "The island shouldn't be to far from here." He said. The dragon then let out a loud roar, before flying in the direction of the dragon nest.

 

Clayton smirked, as Orion flew into the air. "Well, this is going to be interesting." He thought to himself.

Tenebra started flying towards the dragon nest "this is going to be interesting really interesting" Tenebra said.

 

Ruby just sat on Orions back she couldn't help but smirk as they flew towards the dragons nest "well i guess sleep can wait until later"

Clayton laughed slightly. "Yeah. Who needs sleep when you have giant fire breathing reptiles." He said. The unicorn then sighed. "Things probably won't be the same after this."

 

Orion glanced at Tenebra, and smiled. "Yeah. It's about time that thing dies." He said. The dragon then turned his attention back to flying.

Jorumador roared in pain, as she fell to the ground. "You are going to pay for that." She growled as she extended her wings.The dragoness then flew into the air, and chased after Gale.

 

The cyan pegesus looked behind him, and was slightly surprised. "She can fly." He said. Tempest then glanced into the sky to see storm clouds. "This could be useful."

 

Gale glanced at Tempest with a wary look. "What are you thinking?" She asked.

 

Tempest glanced at his dragoness, and scratched her behind the ear. "Trust me. I actually have a plan for this." He said. The cyan pegesus then navigated Gale through the stone pillars off the cost of the nest.

 

Jourmador growled in amusement. "You aren't getting away from me that easily." She said, as she plowed through the stone. "After I kill you, your friends die next."

 

The cyan pegesus laughed slightly. "I don't think so." He said, as he made Gale fly into the clouds. He looked back and noticed the dragon queen was following them. "Ok Gale, time to disappear."

 

Gale nodded, and barely dodged a plume of fire Jourmador shot into the cloud. The smoke thankfully helped Tempest and herself blend in better.

 

Dark sighed as she landed on the shores of the dragons nest. She noticed the large amount of ponies, but couldn't find Tempest or Gale. "Where are they?" She thought. The ponies seemed to ignore her, seemingly distracted by something else.

Tenebra flew straight after the Jourmador she then fired a shot of plasma at her face "hey you decided to be not stupidly lazy and came out of your ditch called your house" she said as she fired another shot of plasma at her face  Tenebra flied in a zig zag manner trying to avoid Jourmadors flames.

Orion landed on the ground, as he noticed the outline of Jourmador. "What's going on up there?" He thought. The dragons was slightly confused, but didn't want to intervene unless it was necessary.

 

Clayton jumped off of Orion's back and looked to the sky. He noticed purple lights in the clouds, and was amazed. "That must be Tempesy and the Night Furies." He said.

Tempest smirked as he noticed Tenebra. "I was wondering when you would show up. Where are the other?" He asked, as Gale shot several plasma shots at Jourmador's wings.

 

Jourmador roared in pain. "That is enough." She roared, as she shot fire in every direction. "I'm going to kill you all, even if it's the last thing I do."

 

The cyan pegesus felt the heat of the flames. "I doubt that." He said. "Let's go, Gale."

 

The dragoness growled in approval, and dove through the air. She roared as she passed Jourmador, making the oversized dragon follow them. "Tempest, I hope you know what you're doing." She said.

 

Tempest nodded, as he looked back to see Jourmador getting ready to shot fire at them. "It'll be ok. I promise." He said. "Now." The cyan pegesus then held on as Gale spun around and fired one last ball of plasma into the maw of Jourmador. The gas in the queen's body caught fire, and her body burned from the inside as she plummeted to the ground.The resulting crash caused the red death's body to explode. Tempest swiftly maneuver Gale through the red death's back spikes. The cyan pegesus then noticed the club on the red death's tail. "No. No." He yelled, but it was to late. Before he could maneuver Gale away, the bone mass struck her, sending Tempest into the air. The force behind the blow knocked Tempest unconcious, making it impossible for him to fly as he plummeted into the flames.

 

Gale noticed that Tempest wasn't on her back, and looked down to see him falling. "Tempest." She yelled, as she dove towards the cyan pegesus. She grabbed him and was barely able to close her wings in time as the fire washed over them.

Clayton was pushed back by the wind from the explosion, and looked around. "They did it." He said. "He actually did it." The unicorn then laughed slightly, as he hugged Ruby. He then realized what he had done, and let her go. "Sorry about that. I guess I was kinda excited."

 

Orion looked to the sky, and tried to find Tempest and Gale. "Where are they?" He asked nopony in particular.

Tenebra looked around for Gale and Tempest she was tempted to fly into the flames to search for them.

 

Ruby blushed "umm its alright but wheres tempest and Gale? we need to look for them" she then spreaded her wings and took to skies searching for Gale and Tempest.
