Actually it's Super Saiyan, not supersane, and that happened way after the "IT'S OVER 9000!" thing. It's a good show, you should watch it. You should also read the manga. Anyways, now you get the joke.

I don't really like anime shows though.  It seems to... cartoony and... without a plot or storyline.  That's why I never really gave it a chance.
