request Anti-RD OC Request

I would like a vector for what my OC character is going to be: Anti-RD.

 

I would like it to be based on the model of Rainbow Dash below.

Instead of streaks of rainbow in her mane and tail, I'd rather change it to streaks of red and black.

Make her coat, instead of blue, pale white.

Her eyes I want to be the same shape except dilate her pupils and make them red.

The white part of her eyes I'd like them to be, instead of white, black.

 

So that's my OC request.
