Whirl looks over at her grinning. "Oh!!!! Oooooooo somepony has a crush on someone" He remarked as he took another sip of his Coffee. "Do you know this RainDash?" Whirl asked as he looked at the pic of Rain on the paper.

Outside the storm raged on and rain spattered on the streets

Sapphire giggled and looked away "Well, only a very small one, just because I have no chance with him, as he is allready taken by that lightwing" She said with a giggle as she looked over at him with a smile on her face. She then looked back over at the fire and looked over at him

He smirks looking down at the paper, "I don't know....in this pic, he kinda seems to be leaning over that Frozen" He points down to the pic. He smiles "He seems undecided. "Yeah I've heard that these three have been through alot....they're like best friends" He smiles and looked up back at Sapphire and blushes. "How well do you know them?"

Sapphire grinned as she looked over at him, smiling like mad "Well, If you dont know already, I really love reading. You have no idea how many books this group has made" He said with a chuckle as he looked back down at the paper,  laughing as she read the rest of it

He rolls his eyes. "Wow, everypony I've met loves reading!" He smiles back and looked over her shoulder as he read. He blushes and grins. "I hope you don't mind me reading over your shoulder" Whirl winks.

Twilight Sparkle had been staying up late studying when she heard a tap at the door.

 

When she went to go see, he vison went blank and she fainted

Sapphire laughed and shook her head "Nope, Not at all" She said with a grin as she looked down at the paper, reading the rest of it before placing it next to her and glancing over at whirl "Well, you know I like reading now, what do you like?" She asked with a smile as she looked at him

He blushes and smiles. "Well I spend most of my day working, flying, and drinking coffee." He looks away. "I don't really have any friends to hangout with." He looks down on the paper, and points to the pic of the three friends "How did they become such good friends?"

Sapphire looked down and shruged "I dont really know, It just seemes as if they met some time ago on some forum or something, and now there all really good friends, also because of all they have been through" She said as she looked back over at raindash with a grin

He raises an eyebrow and smirks "I can see you drooling over RainDash again...So tell me what's your story with him?" Whirl playfully nudges her and smiles.

In the Crystal Empire, Cadence was staying up late reading when another knock at her door was heard,

Sapphire giggled and looked over at him, blushing slightly in the dim light. He smiled as he looked out the window "Well, he is this really cool pony who kinda has it all, hes nice, he looked really cool, and so on" She glanced over at him "Guess thats why he has such good friends!!"

Whirl rolls his eyes "Yeah..unlike me" The clock chimed 6:00AM. He looks out the window "Oh my, Celestia must really be lost, she hasn't raised the sun all night and we've been up all night" He blushes and looks over at Sapphire. "You think they're all safe...I mean the 3 that are searching?"

Sapphire looked over at the window "I dont know, but what ever is going on must be really big" She glanced back over at him with a smile "Yeah, Im sure there fine, they have done so much before, like find weird portals to other worlds" She said with a chuckle as she looked down

Whirl looked outside "wow it's still raining! where are all the weather ponies?" He sat back down beside Sapphire and smiles. "So....who besides Rain do you have a crush on?" He smirks and chuckles lightly.

Sapphire smiled as she glanced over at whirl with a shrug "Not really anyone else, but as I have told you, I dont have a chance with him" She said with a chuckle as she looked back over, out of the window. Then she turned back to look at him "What about you? Are there any of thease ponys you like?"

"Um....." He turns and looks at Frozen and blushes madly "Uh no....not really" He stutters as he started to drool over the pic "Hey...do you know anything about that girl Frozen?" He blushes and looks away to hide it from Sapphire. "I mean, she's just....nice...and I would like to meet her..."

Sapphire giggled as she looked down at one of the ponys using something called "3D Movement geat" That they had made, she smiled as she looked over at him "Well, She is kinda the sidekick, but she likes being the sidekick, she mostly just has lots of fun with them now and then"

Whirl looked surprised "Whoa!, she's no sidekick! She's the one who introduced this 3D movement gear to the whole group, she's really important!" He looks closely at the pic, "Whoa....is that...Discord in the background!? What is he doing?!" Whirl looked over at Sapphire

Sapphire giggled as she looked at him "You didnt know? Discord is also part of the group, not as big as lightwing or raindash or frozen, but he still does a few things. There 1st thing they did was really crazy..." She blushed a little and glanced out the window "But there all really good friends"

Whirl blushes too. "Don't you have a group of really good friends?" He walks over beside her and looked out the window. "I really don't" He mumbles, "I'm always caught up in my work"

"It's still dark out so Luna will still be out and about"

 

"Yes but what if she..."

 

"No buts! We attack tonight! Well...we have Celestia so..it's gonna be a very long night"

Sapphire shruged as she too looked out the window "Well, I did have some really good friends, that was before they all moved away to the fancy citys, the places that they would feel at home. I was left here because I dont have nearly enuff money to follow them there"

Whirl sighs, "I'm the opposite, I'm so rich and busy that I don't have any time to make friends," He sighs and mumbles "I guess I've never even had one friend, I practice flying so much and don't really socialize with others" He gets up then sits back down. "Money isn't the only thing a pony needs"

Sapphire glanced over at him "Oh? Well, I always thought that if I had more money, It would be nice to use, such as rarity, who has lots of friends also due to her being rich" She said with a yawn as she looked back over at him, then over to the window "I wish it would stop raining"

It keeps raining outside. Whirl sighs "Well Rarity is just Rarity, she's all beautiful and all" He looks outside, "Wow the weather ponies are still slacking off on the job, and Celestia hasn't returned yet too" He walks to the kitchen and comes back with waffles. "Want some?" He said his mouth full.

Sapphire laughed as she walked over to raindash and sat down, looking out the window as she nibbled on the waffles before turning back to look at him "So, tell me more about your job" She said as she tilted her head, slowly eating the waffles and grinning happaly

Whirl groans and laughes "Oh I hate my job so much" He takes out a whip cream bottle and puts it on the table for her. "Mr. Rich is the worst boss ever and he doesn't really talk to his co workers, he just gives us orders and leaves" He eats "Yep I plan to quit since I'm in training right now"
