Sapphire nodded "Alright, talk to you soon" She said as she walked over to the window, looking down at the street and shaking her head. It all seemed so hopeless, like she could do nothing...But at least she still had this one pony with her, suffering through the pain with each other

Whirl slowly took off his overcoat and steped into the shower while he started to think deeply. This place is going down hard, We have to do something!!!! He turns on the shower and started to wash himself, Why why why? did the princesses dissapear?! Sapphire glanced over at him and smiled "Hey, you look silly when your wet..." She said with a giggle as she walked back over to her bed, thinking about what she would have done without him, buying her stuff. Most likely drownd on the streets. SHe smiled and yawned

Whirl blushes and looks at himself in a mirror, "Yeah I look pretty weird like this" He stammered as he made his way over to Sapphire and sat down beside her. "So we got a plan of what to do tomorrow?" He asked and shook his mane which made water fly everywhere

Sapphire shook her head as she layed down in her bed, staring at the clock on the wall. She sighed and sat up, looking over at him "Nope, just as much plan as you might have, not really one at all" She said with a yawn as she got up, walking around the room "what CAN we do?"

Whirl laughes and pokes Sapphire's belly "So...may as well have some fun while we can tonight" He smirks "You wanna do something?" He asked poking Sapphire

 

Outside the rain keeps on going as the streets start to flood.

 

Rain and the gang returns to Canterlot

Sapphire chuckled as she pulled out a book, looking up at him with a smile on her face"Sure! WHadda you wanna do?"  She asked as she glanced ovet at the streets "I wonder how long it will take before the flooding stops" He said with a sigh as she looked back over at him

Outside the rain floods up to the 1 foot mark.Lighting lights up the sky as thunder follows and echos aroind the city

Sapphire smiled as she put her book beside her "Well, I guess what do you wanna do? Tick tack toe or something else?" She said as she glaced out the window "Jeeze, I think we should find a way to stop this flood as soon as we can, this is getting really bad" She said with a sigh

Whirl laughes and looks at her book. "What you reading Sapphire? " He raise an eyebrow. "Yeah this flood is getting so bad, it's almost 1 and a half feet tall" He glaces outside and sighs "We better find someone fast tomorrow" Whirl smiles..".we should head back to Ponyville tomorrow"

Sapphire glanced down at her book that she was reading "Ehhhh, Just some old book that I got from my dad" She said as she looked up at him "I guess its kinda boring, mostly just talks about all the things that could go wrong in the world, its kinda stupid" She said with a shake

Whirl shivers and looks at the cover. "Whoa..that's a dark title and a creepy pic on the cover" He remarked as he squints at it. "I...well I think I've seen that book.." He thinks for a moment "where did you get that book from?" He asked as looked outside. "Does it talk about flooding?"

Sapphire glanced down at her book, tilting her head "Well, Kinda, It mostly just talks about the end of the world" She said with a yawn as she fell back onto her bed "I got it from my dad, when I was just a filly, I wouldnt call it a "happy book"" SHe said as she looked over at him

Whirl blushes and opens the book "hmmmm the end of the world?" He flips to a page about violent storms. "Uh huh." He mumurs as he continues looking through the book. "Wow this.is a creepy book" He shudders and lies down. "What should we do?" The water reached the 2 feet mark

Sapphire glanced out the window "I dunno, but a whole lot of ponys are gunna die if we dont do something, perhaps we could go fly up to cloudstale, see what the heck there doing for all this rain?" She asked as she turned sideways on her bed, looking over at him

Whirl jumps into his bed. "Sure..tomorrow we'll travel to Cloudsdale to check it out" He shivered.."as for now..lets get some shut eye" He snuggles under the covers "Goodnight Sapphire"

 

Whirl began to dream as he slept.:

Sapphire glanced over at him, she was having hard time going to sleep, so she got up and walked around for awhile before shaking her head and walking back to her bed, sitting on it and reading for awhile before just giving up and crawwling back into bed to try and sleep

The mountains of the land were crumbling, Cloudsdale was losing the white clouds as the weather machines started to malfunction. The whole place was breaking down

 

"No no no! " Whirl said in his sleep as he rolls around and fell off the bed and woke up with a start "huh?!...oh..." His heart beat fast as he looked around

Sapphire glanced over at him with groggy eyes, she had no idea what time it was, but guessing that it was around morning, so she sat up and looked at him "Hey there buddy, you OK?" She said as she stood up, sighing and shaking her head as she looked around the room

Whirl looks up at her and sighed. "Yeah I'm fine. Just a horrible dream" He rubbed his head where it still hurt. "I can't sleep..not with everything that might happen" He said as he went to the bathroom to get a drink of water. "Can you?" He said sitting at the foot of her bed

Sapphire shook her head "No, not really. Every time I try, I just wake up 40 minutes later" She said with a sigh as she fell back onto her bed with a shake of her head "I guess, Im not really going to try anymore, just because I cant sleep!" She said as she waved her hoofs in the air

Whirl looks over at her and smiles slighty "So maybe we should plan for tomorrow" He said getting up and walking to the window. "Cloudsdale might be a bit dangerous to get to with all this thunder and stuff" He looked at the clouds "man this weather pattern is strange."
