Where to start? I'll start with when I first watched the series..  I started watching mlp:fim one night while surfing endlessly through Tvtropes. Said article already mentioned, led to curosity after reading the description under it. Went to the Mlp:fim page on tvtropes and got even more curious when reading the caption for the pic.  So just ended up watching roughly the first three episodes that night (I think). This was back some time during late Summer/Early fall of 2011, just before S2 started.  Was kind of surprised and actually thought the series would go in a slightly different direction (more adventure orientated than slice of life style).  Basically was surprised I kept watching it because, usually I don't like slice of life series much, but the series has changed here and there and it's still relatively enjoyable for me to still watch as it continues. 

 

Didn't pick a fav mane 6/7 because I generally like each of the mane cast in their own special way. (I could easily pick a favourite, but I like every pone for their personal traits and quirks and would rather not choose).

 

Other interests? Not much. I'm a bit of a gamer, but really casually and mainly on PC. Only a few games at best, though taken a break for now. In terms of music, I primarily listen to one band (most of the time): Bloc Party.  Heh, I guess you could call me a bit obsessed, but I only measure that by my own standard; in the sense that I love almost all of their songs, or at least a good majority and just can't get enough of them.  Especially their B-Sides, why don't you ever play them live more often? Sigh, and they're on hiatus as well (with Matt wanting to possibly leave too/already left).  Let's just say I really love them and that they are my absolute favourite band which stole a bit of my heart and are never planning to give it back. (I could go on forever with BP...). I also do far too much lurking on the internet, felt like maybe chatting once in a while (this being one of those cases).

 

Haven't done much in terms of interaction with the fandom in general. I guess this partially counts. I haven't contributed anything really, not that I can. I have an idea for a story/Fan-fic I would like to write, sort of started but that will be on the backburner for a while.  I'm not the greatest writer, trying it out as a hobby though (really need to widen my vocabulary).

 

And to end off on simple things: male, in my early twenties (do not feel like disclosing full age, sorry). So, hi everypony, cheers.
