Who cares what people think of Bronies?

I don't tell people how I feel about them, but I don't hide it either. If they want to judge me, I can care less. It doesn't affect me so thinking about their opinions about my hobbies, would be a trivial matter.

YEAH that's the spirit! I don't care either I know who I am and what I do as a hobby shouldn't concern anyone unless I'm hurting someone by it... I just get annoyed by the people that pervert the ponies BUT that's THEIR choice it shouldn't concern me I just mention it because I don't want people showing me stuff like that I have my rights too ya know and if I don't wanna see something then don't show me PERSONALLY like for example actually handing me something or making me watch it you can do what you want as long as it doesn't affect me and same applies to myself I can do what I want as long as it doesn't affect you

I think some Bronies may care because they don't like being ridiculed, which some people will do. They probably don't want to be looked down upon and would rather feel accepted. It may not be the sole encompassing reason, and it's probably not true for most of us, but I think that's probably the reason why some care what others think about them.

 

I'm quiet about being one due to the fact that I don't take the show real seriously, and that I have other hobbies and interests, so I don't really show it to everyone or obsess over it. Plus, I really don't want to get into a situation where someone may look at me funny or insult me, so it's partly that. Overall, it's really the former, not the ladder is why I'm rather closeted about it.
