What program do you use to make these? If Gimp or Photoshop, do you use the Paths tool/pen tool? I am new to drawing vectors, and I'd love to know more! Any tips I can follow?

Adobe Illustrator (Pen tool is in Adobe Illustrator) It's easier to get the colours right in Illustrator than Photoshop. Gimp cannot actually make Vectors.
